The Laundry Freak goes on Vacation..... Now finished 27 days of pictures and laughs!

Ok day ? Who cares I was at the Mutherland. Time stops when you cross the gates. LOL

We were suppose to get up and go see Chef Mickey but since I was up all night with Anthony we slept in. Anthony had a sinus infection and his ear hurt bad. It wouldn't surprise me if he had swimmers ear too. Lots of medication later he was fine in a couple of days.

We really just hung around the hotel all morning watching a movie. I was also waiting to hear from Kathy (katlas&kids) She was due in today.

All of a sudden I hear my phone ring and it was Kathy. We chatted for a bit

and she said she had her room and I told her our room number. Well actually I said the first room to the left of the big hat. I could never remember the actual room number the whole trip. I even wrote on all my packages I had sent back to the hotel the first room to the left of the big hat. LOL OK back to Kathy. Before long I heard

It was Kathy and her family. They were right around the corner from us. Yeah. We all decided we were hungry so we went to the food court and had lunch. Besides Kathy had to meet up with a guy who had an ecv for her dh.
She got that taken care of and we were done eating and just about to head out the door when I run into another dis member. Princess89. Kathy was aready ahead of me with my kids so I stopped to talk to Tara and met her dh and kids. Great people.

We chatted for a bit and I had to run and catch up with Kathy. Ok got the ecv and everyone was ready to head out to the mutherland. We decide on Magic Kingdom because Kathy had adr's there later in the evening. We all hop on the

and head out. When we get through security we go in and head to fantasy land. The look on Kathy's dd's face was priceless. At this moment she knew where she was at.

Next we headed over to get a fastpass for Peter Pan. Now what to do until its time. Its a small world. Bill (Kathy's dh) vetoed us so we went and seen Mickey's Philharmagic. Its was so cool. We finished that and still had a few minutes to kill so Yep we did it we drug Bill onto its a small world. Hey it was 2 dis girls against 1 dh. Sorry Bill you lose. Don't worry I sang all the time we were in it. Yes I have a horrible voice. I also called my fav. aunt and left her a message with the music going in the back. (Man does she hate that song) Ok done with my favorite ride and it is finally time to go to ride Peter Pan. We had so much fun. Bill sat this ride out. Ok now it was time to split up. They had Adr's and we didn't so we said our good byes

and headed our own ways. I was starving at this point and so were the kiddies so we went into Pinocchio Village Haus. Didn't find anything on the menu so we went to search for something else. Along our way we ran into these crazy guys

Ok now off to eat. Hey lets check out Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe. As soon as we walked in and saw

Well we were hooked. Anthony got us a front row table and I got the food. We had a nice dinner with music.
Now it was time to do a few more rides. Anthony wanted to ride Buzz lightyear and Stitch. I took him to the lines which had no wait so he went right in and I went to wait for him at the exit. Ok Anthony was now happy and it was now raining really bad so we headed back to the hotel and called it a night. Ok thats all for today. More later.

Cool, 2 DISsers in 1 day! Sorry about Anthony's ear! My dh just had a bad case of swimmers ear--yikes. Love how you & the kids are all dressed alike! Can't wait to meet everyone Forgot to mention, that I just love all of your smilies!

The chattanooga choo choo was the best. We ended up canceling our resv. at the niki bird because of it being bought out. Holiday Inn no longer ownes the property. We drove by it and it looked ok. Probably would have stayed there if we went for a cheapy vacation. Its so sad how 192 has gone down hill. It used to be the happening strip. I guess we will stick to disney property. For what I paid for some of my rooms on my trip it would have been just as much to stay at the value resorts at disney.
The water taxi we boarded at wilderness lodge. It was really nice to go check out the lodge and then take the taxi to MK. Thanks for taking the time to post on my TR!

Today was our Sci-Fi day!!! Yes I was more excited than the kids.
All I have to say is TG for my disney credit card. I remember my trip but which day I did what is another story. I am sitting here today pulling up my credit card statements seeing what I bought today!! Yes I did shop everyday.

My reasoning is why go to disney if you can't shop? I also had my trusty disney photo pass to refer to. Still gotta order that.

I had 111 pictures taken by the time I was finished. We took full advantage of it.

Today we did Blizzard Beach in the morning. (Have to use up my water park passes) Ofcourse we were there before they opened. Basically did what we did the other day. Had lots of fun. kids were getting tired about now so we headed for the lunch spot Lottawatta Lodge. While on our way there we passed the snowmen so ofcourse I had to get a picture. Used the water camera so I havn't developed it yet. As soon as I do I will post a picture. Ok back to the story. My kids were having fun posing and this lady and her dh and 2 kids just walked up and went right in to see the snowman. Her dh tried to tell her to wait but she wore the pants in that family. I said outloud "Can I please get a picture first?" She said to me Could you be any ruder? Ofcourse I can't keep my mouth shut. I said back to her "I wasn't being rude I just asked if I could get a picture first please" She said "you have an attitude" (Now usually I would have started in on this person but I was in the Mutherland and I was not gonna let some mean person ruin my day. And the sad thing was I was actually being nice for once.) So her dh gets her and the kids out of the way and I take a couple more pictures and tell the kids ok lets go now and let these people take their pictures. The lady then says to her dh "If she says one more thing I am gonna kick her " Ok to self what the he double hockey sticks did I do? I told the lady (now that I am getting really mad) "Go ahead I would love to teach my kids what they do to people who are rude and mean to other people in Disney. I will have you removed from the park for threatening me" She was just about to come after me when her dh tell her "Would you stop doing this everyplace we go" I looked at him (feeling very bad for him and their kids) I said to him " I'm really sorry you have to put up with this all the time. I can tell its a regular thing for her. Hopefully Your day will get better!" Now he is litterally holding her back. I just smiled with a big grin and now we headed to eat. I had the kids go find a table they wanted to sit at and I stood in line to get our food. Gee my "friends" now got in line. Oh great I see a food fight in the picture! I had to wait on my food so THEY sat themselves yep you guessed it right next to the table my kids chose for us. I brought the food trays and told Anthony I would be right back I had to get our drinks. By the time I got back my "FRIENDS" were long gone. Never did see them again. Ok to the bus and back to take a nap.

Ok nap time is over and we must get ready for Sci-Fi. We are really just going here for the dessert. WE will catch dinner later. Still have a bit to kill before dessert
*Interesting fact: Growing up my grandpa always taught me to eat my dessert so if you don't have a lot of room for dinner you can always take that home with you and heat it up later. You can't save ice cream it will melt. Now this is a tale I tend to live by while on vacation.

Ok as we are walking we see good ole Herbie! Now what I get from my kids is wow what a cool car can we get a picture. Just don't know what they are missing!!!!! LOL

Ok now its time to head to Sci-Fi. We check in and still have to wait a bit.

Cross Family party of 4? Yep thats us. In we go. This place is so cool mom can we PLEASE eat dinner here? Ok why not. After all I guess this is your vacation too. Its not just mom's!

We sit down in our car and check out the place. Sweet the kids even get their own appitizer. They got the cheese and grapes. For a mom this was awsome because they didn't have to eat my appitizer. I ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Dip - A blend of Mozzarella, Swiss, and Asiago cheeses with Spinach, Artichokes, and Corn Tortilla Chips. It was ok just had to add my own salt!!

Now for the main meal the kids had Chicken nuggets with fries (how unique) and Anthony had the Grilled Chicken Breast roasted potatoes and green beans. Now normally Anthony loves roasted potatos but he didn't like them here because they had the skins on. Yes people this may have killed him.

Now I had the Pan Seared Salmon with Wild Rice Pilaf, seasonal vegetables, and Lemon Caper Butter. Very Good!

Now I didn't take pictures of the kids food because it was just about the same at every restaurant. Wish they would have had more a variety for the kids. Oh well can't complain it was free.

Now Anthony finished with his food first (No doubt) and he asked "Can I PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! Video tape this place?" Ok go and have fun but stay out of trouble. While we were eating we had a couple of hitchhikers join us. (We all had a bad waiter he rarely came to our table and in most places the waiters push all the extras ours didn't even mention them) I gave advice to the people behind us and they were really nice. Glad it wasn't

that hitchhiked with us. Ok where is Anthoy it is time for dessert!
I had Chocolate Tart with a mix of chocolate mousse, fudge and ganache which was to dye for. The kids had Chocolate Gems Sundae. They like it. Who doesn't like ice cream? Ok we are done. BTW Anthony came back and then left again. Ok time to go. We payed the bill and went to look for Anthony. OMG that isn't my child!!! He had spent his time following around a waitress and Video taping her.

I am so in trouble he is only 9. I informed the waitress it was time for us to go now so she could now go on and enjoy the rest of her evening. She Thanked me VERY MUCH!!!

Ok now what do you want to do Anthony? Lets go ride rocknroller coaster! Now just a tidbit of information ANTHONY IS AFRAID OF EVERYTHING! So I say Ok lets go. On the way "Are you sure you want to ride it" "Yep" Ok we head to the entrance. I say to the guy I am not going to ride I just want to wait in line with my son so he doesn't have to stay for a half hour alone. He tells me I can't bring the little ones in line. I asked him "now what am I suppose to do? I can't let him ride alone!" He said sorry maam. I told him that some of the other rides just let me walk him through the exit and they put him on as an extra rider. He said we don't do that here. Now my blood is beginning to boil. I leave and march straight to the customer service place. I explain to the guy my problem and also tell him that I even e-mailed disney before I left and asked them what I should do so my son doesn't miss out on everything. They told me that I would not have a problem on anything this happens quite often just let the CM at the front of the line know and they will take care of us. Now the CM at guest relations was super nice. He told me he should of let me take him through the exit. (now all this time Anthony is crying oh great finally he wants to ride a real ride and they won't let him) He asked Anthony his name and then gave him a slip for a front of the line entry. OK now Anthony was The CM went a step farther and gave him another pass for our entire family to have ice cream on him. That was so nice of him. A little was just spread over our family. I told him that it wasn't necessary and he said yes it was this is Disney and this should have not happened. I was so pleased. We said our Thanks and fast walked to the rockin rollercoaster. We go back to the line and the same guy was there and still wouldn't let us go on. OK now I am mad. Anthony is crying again! I asked to speak to someone who was incharge. Just then another CM walked up he said he just received a phone call and he was waiting for us. He escorted us through the exit to the front of the line and away Anthony went. He Loved it. While Anthony was on the ride the CM explained to me that the other CM was new and he apologized for the trouble. He then said he had to go and inform the other CM about this procedure. Ok now Anthony is now running not walking to tell me how much he loved it. I was so glad I pushed for this. Iit was worth every bit of trouble. On the way out we hit a photopass photographer and had the kids picture taken in front of the big guitar. Ok now on to get our FREE ice cream.

This was our most trying day so far. But it all turned out good thanks to a little

OMG, you handled that lady so nicely. I probably would've opened a can of "whoop ###". Would she have been so fiesty if she didn't have her dh to hold her back. Glad you pushed for Anthony to get on that ride. It's so important to help the little ones get over their fears.

Up and at em!! Today MGM was having the early morning hours grand celebration! Plus we had our ADR's with JOJO at H&V. We get up early and are at MGM Studios before they open @ 9. Today we are joined by Jodi aka momof2stars. Yep I met another Diser!! and Kathy aka katlas&kids. Now today was the day we wore the shirts Kathy made for us. Wow was she crazy. She took the time to make these awsome tye dyed Mickey Shirts. They turned out so cute. I want to take a moment at this time to Thank Her. OK moments over now on to our show!!!!

where the stage was set up for the Celebration. Now we flagged down a CM with a camera to take a picture of all of us. You will have to wait to see the group. They were giving away free dvd's with a couple episodes of playhouse disney. SWEET We hung around here for awhile dancing and then the characters came out and everyone ran. (poor characters) Well since we have already seen these characters we just stayed and danced. Well Anthony was getting into it dancing with his sister the guy running the show came up to Anthony and asked his name and the rest was history. Anthony was the highlight of the show. (This I will use as black mail later in life. How many 9 year olds know every word to every playhouse disney song?) Ok after an hour of glory for Anthony I wanted to go find some characters. We set off for Toy Story Pizza Planet to meet Woody and Friends. Now we seen Buzz first now Disney being Disney had a CM taking photopass pics. Here is everyone else we saw:

I love the green army men. OK guys we have to get to H&V for lunch. Off we go. "Mom look its Sully & Mike" OK quick. Glad no one was in line. Now these guys hold a special spot in our hearts because our dog was named after Sulley and I married a Mike!!!

We arrive at H&V and sit for about 5 minutes. In we go. We get food right away. Now I have read reviews about this ADR both bad and good. Well We LOVED it. It was great. All around. I really like that they had a show during the dining. This was especially great if you have little ones because they could get up and dance while you ate really quick. Now my perfect kids never like to sit long so this had to be my favorite. I got to eat and didn't have to chase them all around the place.

Ok now we are off back to the movies for a nap. We get there and with no success the kids wouldn't lay down. OK now what? Anthony: "Lets go make Mr. Potato Heads" Mom: "OK sounds good to me." So off we go.

Now I was planning on only letting the little ones make them because at $20 a pop it wasn't cheap. But how could I say no to Anthony (another future black mail idea) Ok you can each make one. We stuffed and I mean stuffed 3 boxes full. We got so much. All 3 of my kids were happy at this point. OK now on to more shopping!

We ended up eating at Planet Hollywood. Had to use our free dinner coupon and get our free key chain. Ok it was getting dark now and the natives were getting restless. We head back to the Movies. Well when we get there it was a mini limey meet. Princess89 was there; katlas&kids; momof2stars; and my other limey meet: albertanmom. Now Her room was the first room I noticed. She was in the first room in the Dalmation section and she had 4 big lgmh's on her window of her room. It was so cool. This was the 2 of us after a very long day and I mean very long day at the Mutherland.

I also believe that was the evening we were ready to sell our DS's to the gypsys I'm glad you liked H & V, we were not so impressed with the place at all. I think next year, I want to try it out with the characters for lunch as opposed to dinner there!

Emily looks a little leery with the green army man, at least should stood there. Laci ran off in the opposite direction He came within a few feet and she started swatting I can't believe I missed the celebration they were having, but we did catch all the dancing and excitement in the afternoon. I thought it was great what they did for the toddlers there!

Very early morning: Breakfast at Crystal Palace with Pooh and Friends. Ok wakey wakey batman says eggs and bakey! Its 6:30am and we have 8:00am adr's lets go! After lots of struggle we are running and yes I mean running to the bus stop. We get there and our bus just pulls up. Yeah! Glad we ran! Ok collapse the stroller and on we go.
We get to the entrance and through security and at the ropes just in time for opening! Yeah ok hurry up lets go I'm starving! Yeah we get to move forward nope wait stop again! Couple more minutes go by and finally we get to go. We get to the window and I tell them our name and also tell them I need a high chair and a booster. CM: A high chair AND a booster?
ME: Yep that's what I said.
Ok now why is it so hard to believe that I am alone in Disney with my 3 kids. Single parents do it all the time. Ok now we have to wait till they call our name to be seated. WE wait and wait and wait. Cross Family party of 4! Ok that's us!
The waiter: you need a high chair and a booster seat!
ME: yep, please.
CM: its just you and the kids?
Me: yep just us!
CM: Ok this way please.
CM: I will sit you here so the characters will come to your first!
ME: Great Thank You.
We get our drinks which we order chocolate milk all around! Love chocolate milk. Darn, Oh I mean great here comes the characters! We visit with the characters:

Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet. One right after the other.

Great all done now. Lets go get some food.
Kids: I want cereal!
ME: Don't you want pooh waffles?
Kids: No we want cereal!
Nick: Detroit Tigers Cereal (That's what he calls Frosted Flake!)
Emmy: Froot loops!
ANthony: Froot loops.
Ok now where did you kids come from. TG for free dining! I would have died to pay $15 a kid for fruit loops. Ok kids are all set now off for mom to get some grub. I get my waffles and lots of danishes! Back to the table and all I hear are screams. Oh great! ME: What's wrong Nick?
Anthony: Tigger came back!
ME: LOL Ok Nick he won't hurt you!
Ok now that that my food is cold Nick is all calm now. Ok kids are ready to go! Glad I got my chocolate milk! On the way out we had to stop to get a pic in the little chairs!

Ok we are still done so early the rest of the park isn't even open yet! Ok we head to the castle and wait to go through. Music starts and off we go! We head to Dumbo first! Yep first in line! Yeah us! Can't get a picture so we took one at the Stand still one in front of the ride.

Ok now off to Snow White's ride. Once again no wait! On we go.

Now off to pooh! No wait once again! Yeah this is great.

Ok Potty break. Gotta love potty trainers. Yep that's right both of my little ones are currently being potty trained. Nick is just about done and Em is just starting. Ok when we are finished we come out and go see Ariel and guess who else is there? Prince Eric. We were told he isn't there much. Our pixie dust of the day!

Now what kids? The tea cups! No wait. I tell Anthony you go alone mom can't handle all the spinning. Ok in line he goes and right on he goes. Nick starts to cry and follows emmy. Ok on we all go. Anthony rides alone because he wants to spin.

Ok now that I feel like I'm gonna puke lets stay on the ground for a bit. We are off to Mickey's Toon Town. It isn't open yet. But we are just in time for the opening. We head straight to the character meet and greet! We see all the characters there with hardly no wait in line.

Ok now it is time to catch the train to the front of the park and head back to the hotel for a nap. But first we have to stop at the farmers market and get our daily snack. We all get powerade.

Ok kids are down for a nap. Anthony is at the pool with Kathy and her kids and I get a phone call and yep its Angi! She's here and so is her mom at the Food Court. I hook up the baby monitor and run yes run to the food court to meet her. Find here right away. They were still waiting on their room so I offer to let them put their stuff in my room until their room is ready. We head back to my room. Kids are still asleep but we have to get up and get ready for our adr's at 50's @ MGM. We get a hold of Kathy and they are now getting ready too. Her kids go with me and Kathy and her dh catch the next bus! Hey what's wrong with this picture? We get to MGM and go in and we still have an hour to wait. Angi and her mom go to ride TOT and I meet up with Kathy and we go in search of Kim Possible and the Incredables.

OMG its 10 minutes to dinner time. I call Angi and tell her we are still in line for Kim! She says she has arranged for us to sit with her and her mom at dinner. SWEET! I tell her to stall and I will be there as soon as I can. We see Kim and Ron

and run to 50's. Angi was waiting for us when we got there. We were seated right away. Love the dinning plan. I ordered my drink. Well actually I got 2. One with my pal Jose and the other that came with the plan Strawberry Smoothie - strawberries and low-fat yogurt.

The waiter brought my drinks and couldn't remember which one had Jose in it? Oh well I will find out. I took a drink of each and couldn't tell so no big deal just pick one and drink away.

Ok next came the appetizers. I had a Shrimp Cocktail - Jumbo Shrimp served with cocktail sauce and lemon! Yummy!

Ok we are sitting and waiting for our main meal. And waiting. And waiting. A girl goes by and she has on a LG shirt and is with 2 kids must be Lauren!!! I yell Hey Lauren. (I was right for once!) She sat around the corner from us.

Ok we are still waiting for our dinner. Did I mention we had a horrible waiter. We waited some more. By now my kids were climbing up a wall! Poor Angi and her mom bet we scared them away after tonight. Wow we have waited so long Kathy is here for her resi. she ran into Melissa (aka Scubagirl) They end up eating together. Ok where is our food? FINALLY!!!! I ordered the Golden Fried Chicken - Served with mashed potatoes, chicken gravy, and Southern greens.

and kids had Grilled Chicken Breast - green beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

It was really good. Since we waited so long for the food we ordered dessert right away. Of course we got all done with our food and still waited for dessert.
We finally get our dessert and I get the S'mores

and the kids get Build your own Sundae in a Chocolate lined Waffle Cup.

Ok we get our desserts and that's when the fun starts. If we haven't scared off Angi at this point we will now!! 1st Anthony starts running around the restaurant looking for Jeff (Kathy's son) Gonna strangle him. Next Nick has an accident! Yep through everything! Now emmy has to get some attention so she takes the little cup of chocolate syrup and dumps it over her head. Ok I surrender!!! Angi watches Em while I go change Nick. Shoot forgot to put in extra clothes. Ok so he is officially pantless! Glad he has on a long shirt today! Emmy is way beyond repair. Angi and her mom say good bye and they head back to the bus. Now we are suppose to go with everyone to go see Fantasmic and yep another trip we will have to skip it. Mom has had enough time for baths and bed. Do you remember how we couldnt tell which drink was which well when I downed the 2nd one before I left I found Jose! We head to the bus and I must have gone so fast I actually beat Angi and her mom. LOL
