Morning all! I am going to start my whining today with a resounding "I don't wanna pack!!!!!" Now that I have done that we can carry on

Carol, a DISmeet in Germany sounds great... just a wee bit of a travel for me

Actually Elaine....I shouldn't admit this...but I LOVE packing!!!! I have my permanent WDW packing list and spend months refining it and then at least a month packing and repacking (and I have to pack for 4!) Yes it is a sickness

why don't you travel the way Ed does....take your undies and buy everything else along the way

Trust me Jennifer, I have joked about just buying everything else when I get there... undies too I figure as long as I have my camera and my cell phone I am set!

Thanks Jennifer!!! That really will come in handy for me. I usually wear my jacket too that I plan to wear (although it will be a cold ride to the airport since it will be in the teens when I leave). I feel like I am over packign though. I will have 5 pairs of shorts & 4 pairs of jeans (plus the pair I am wearing). Then again the weather is so dang iffy right now.

I don't really want to, but I suppose I ought to get finished packing. The sooner the better I think!

Feeling very silly today! We're decorating for Christmas and that always makes me feel like a kid!!!! Probably won't be here much until tonight, but then the smoothies will be a flyin!!! Beth, Chuck and I had fun catching you in the store. And by the way, if you can't take care of my clothes when you borrow them, I won't let you borrow them any more. You just get way too wild when you go out. And by the way, you never returned my micro-mini skirt, the one with "if it's shakin' it's for the takin'" written on the back. You didn't ruin that too did you?!

Oh no, Kim trying to kill birds for the kettle! (We absolutely cannot let her in the kitchen with Pam ladies. My stomach can handle only so much)

I am not a cold/snow person, but I don't need to be outside to have fun. So a ski chalet sounds great to me. And Beth, Patrick and Mel won't be worth their weight in salt after I get through with them while you are gone. So better start picking out a new boy or two.

Bonnie, that would be such a cool Christmas gift. You deserve it.

Jodie, glad you had a great time, and glad you are back.

Got the window decorations up yesterday, and going to start on the tree now. Chat with ya's later.

Ooooo....I forgot to say....two thumbs up on the ski chalet!!!!! In front of a toasty fire, drink in hand, a good daydream or two.....now THAT is the life!!!! And when we get tired of all of that sitting I will race ya'll down the bunny slope!!! Annnnd....anybody ever gone tubing?? Closest thing to flying with out actually having wings!!!! Let's do it Ya Yas!!!! Ohhhh....there goes my skinny dipping. Wellllll....no time like the present.....SURF"S UP!!!!!!!

Jodie....you should see the list in it's true form. Catagories of what goes in what back. Which bags get checked and which are carry ons and of course there are the kids supplies.

Would you all think I was nuts if I told you I have this all set up in book form along with our itinerary and confirmation numbers and I go get it spiral bound at Office max before we go? (2 copies even!)

Morning ever'body. Elaine... can I join you in the: "I don't wanna pack whine?" Although you're probably all done now. Actually, I have a little different whine. Mine is: My husband won't get my suitcase out of the attic, so that I can pack whine. I have 4 things I have to wash by hand, which I HATE to do, I can't find my packing list from the last trip (thank you Jennifer... I'll be using yours, it's pretty close to mine) annnnd.... let's see, what else can I complain about? Oh yeah, my neck hurts. Okay... whining out of the way, time to get on with the rest of my post. Oh! One more. I bought a bag of little trip/travel things at Target yesterday and now I can't find the bag. There.... now I'm done.

Looks like it is a busy day for everyone!

Elaine.....get packing!! I'm being bad, but not that bad. It is really bothering me too, I'm usually pretty much packed this close. Too many things keep popping up.....holidays, kids being home
Now DD wants to go to the movie today....and I was going to get some packing done.

And I want to put up some "kitty-safe" Chrsitmas decorations, but not sure I can fit it in.

Um, actually no, if you saw the box that Jodie sent me, you wouldn't even have questioned what I meant. It was a white box, and the crazy nut wrote all kinds of YaYa related stuff on the outside. I'm just glad I wasn't home when the mail came, I wouldn't have wanted to face the mailman!
