That's something I'm currently looking into. Everything I know is self-taught, but I'm getting so much better at it that I can usually just put together any recipe and it comes out great, like the pound cake I made a couple weeks ago. I'd never made it before. The only problem is that the cheapest pastry program I found was a certificate in pastry arts and was $17,000. An associate's is $35,000 or $45,000 depending on the school. So... Until I can afford it, I can't go.
