You know...I once saw this celebrity chef on TV making bolognaise sauce with university students. He was trying to teach them how to make good food for cheap. He added chocolate/cocoa powder to the bolognaise sauce. Apparently tomato and chocolate is a match made in heaven....

They were, like, perfect. I decided to get a little creative with the frosting and used a pastry bag and star tip instead of just slathering it on with a spatula.
