The frosting recipe can easily be replaced with a smaller batch, because holy CRAP that made a lot of frosting.

I would definitely make about 2/3 of the frosting recipe. That is how much I made to ice the cupcakes I made....36 large ones and about a dozen smaller ones....with icing to spare! And I wasn't stingy about the amount of icing I used on each cupcake either.

That cake is insane!

What did I have? Besides my Yogurt, Fiber One (sample box delivered in the paper last weekend), V8 and coffee for breakfast. I had a Crispy Bacon Ranch Salad from McDonald's with Balsamic Vinaigrette around lunchtime. We had a 3PM meeting where the host served some cheese (I didn't eat the crackers), Ziti bake, more salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and some bread. I tried not to eat too much there, as the pasta was all refined carbohydrates. I finished off the day with a boneless, skinless chicken breast (split between Fran and I) that was marinated with sherry, oyster sauce, lemon zest & juice, green onion, garlic, sambal olek (chili paste) and honey. I served it on a bed of sauteed spinach, green & red pepper, mushrooms, onion, and zucchini that was finished off with a soy, sherry, sambal olek and honey sauce.

Boy! If I don't show some serious weight loss within a week or so, I'll be pissed.

I had porridge for breakfast. A toasted ham and cheese sandwich, coffee and one cupcake so far. Dinner will be Peking duck wraps. Looking at fruit for afternoon tea. It's raining and I don't think tennis will be on. Might be home on the pc in 30imutes.

How is it going with tennis? Is it hard to learn? I would love to learn the piano.but no room for one and expensive.

I had some chicken, left over mac and cheese and small bowl of cereal today. My stomach is screaming. For petes sake how do these models go with out eating?

Wow! I broke down last night and made a "toasted" cheese sandwich. With one piece of rye bread and on piece of cheese. I was up a pound today when I got on the scale.

I am surprised at how determined I am to do this becuase I only slipped once last night and ate a 90 calorie snickers ice cream bar. Other than that I am eating like I have never starved myself before!

Well here is my personal hell.

First off...this is the Patio that Darcy cleaned out. Which is not hell...

So this is the garage that we have to clean upk this is after THREE different sales!

Here is all the hazardous waste we gathered up, and keep in mind most of the stuff that was in this garage is gone! I should have taken pictures then!

Crap that we moved around that is still here

This is the Motorhome garage which is almost all done being cleaned out.

As I said, I should have taken pictures when these garages were full six feet high in boxes and crap! Then when the animals had dumped everything on the floor and you couldn't walk through the place due to debris!

Gotta go do some homework with the boy. Will be on and off...

Yeah and this is after pilfering and cleaning. There was 60 years of crap in there, even though he only lived there 25 years he brought decades of crap with him!

Well Darcy really deserves the credit. I look at the stuff and I'm paralyzed as to what to do. Darcy just digs in and throws the stuff away and deals with it. Thank god for Darcy! And $20 per hr doesn't hurt!
