The hands sure do come in handy....but I'm not sure it would help. With my hobbies and the Dis, I need to be Medusa.

Yeah...but with multi-heads, I could shut down and sleep on some heads and keep working on the others... ;)

Peking Duck time! Such a typical oriental favourite and soooo easy to make.

This is the packaging it comes in.....I mean My Starting Ingredients ;)

Cook the pancakes. (Heat in the packaging for 1 minute in the microwave).

Take one pancake, smear some hoisin sauce over it. Place some cucumber, spring onions and a couple of slices of duck on the pancake.

That Peking Duck looks awesome! I wish our Costco had that. Our Asian population is more Cambodian & That and they don't really shop at Costco. Most of our ethnic stuff is Hispanic food.

I love duck. It looks good. What are pancakes?

The pancakes are a very thin and delicate wrapping. I normally have the with mu shi pork. They are like a Chinese version of tortillas, but much more thin and fine.

Are the wrappings sold at costco as well? Good afternoon, well I did not get to my chores today. Mayb wednesday. :upsidedow

Well sunday we went to the banana festival, it was the second year but the first I heard of it. So we went, quite interesting. There was a man there who was making banana pops. He used liquid nitrogen to make the outside shell hard. It was awesome. He does catering. We asked him if he was going to try out for the food network and he said they were working on it. He certainly has a great chance to get on their. His name is Steven Tyler.

We also bought a tshirt and we got a free banana burger. It was really good.He smashed the banana and put in spices and cooked it. It was really good. I will upload the pics.

The wrapping comes inside the pack. But I can normally get them at my local chinese grocer as well. They are great with chicken tenders.

Nice pictures. I love the bowls.

Well the house is all cleaned out and ready for the contractor!

Of course we moved the stuff into the garage! :lmao:

However, we are taking the next week off and gearing up for the Expo!
