The Kitchen Sink can be found at Beaches & Cream at the Beach Club.

No, the boardwalk is best described as being between epcot and Hollywood studios. Nice place for a leisurely stroll

The Boardwalk is just outside the International Gateway of Epcots World Showcase. You can also get there by going to the Boardwalk Inn and Villas. It is not at Downtown Disney.
