It is starting to do that here a little too. But, the roads are still slippery. My DH just learned that he doesn't have to go to work today either. So, we all get a 3-day Super Bowl weekend.

I feel somewhat left out because I don't have any snow or ice. That puts me in the same league with Grumpy Pirate, not an enviable position.

No getting out of work for me. I have workers comp people coming in 25 minutes. Oh how I wish there was a way out. A freak snow storm would come in handy right now.

Of course, the ice stinks. Drizzle came before the snow so the roads are pretty dangerous here. Austin is environmentally conscious, so no chemical de-icers. It took DH quite a bit longer to get to work this morning due to the roads, and the fact that he stopped to help out drivers who were stuck. Such a sweetie!
