Family was supposed to come visit this weekend to celebrate her recent birthday. We just canceled it. We have a 2 mo nephew and he certainly doesn't need a fever.

Awwhhh, sorry B is feeling poorly. My birthday is in December and I had tonsilitis on many Christmases. Hope she bounces back quickly.

Found out this morning PK made it into Honors Geometry/Algebra 2 next year.

Also got weighed last night by Javier. I'm now down 8 lbs in a little over 4 weeks. And dropped 2% body fat.



Oh, and it's just over 2 weeks until Beaches Turks & Caicos!



Today is a good day.

I hope all of you are doing great. Alpha, sorry to hear about little B, I hope she is better soon. I remember I had the measles for my 6th birthday. My parents had gotten me a new bike (quite a treat to get a brand new one back in those days) and I couldn't go outside and ride.

PK, you keep up the hard work. I've been exercising every day myself. Some days are easier than others. The watching what I eat part is so much easier, especially in the summer when I can eat great fresh vegetables, but the exercise is awful. And now that it's over 100 here, I have to do the treadmill which is sooooooooo boring.

Grapeleaves are almost over here so I hope to be back to full time dissing and facebooking soon.

So after having a certain problem for over a year I broke down and made an appt. with a gastro doctor. I called today and they said he had an opening tomorrow at 5 Please tell me not to cancel again, like last year. Now I've been getting a pain on my lower left side the last couple of days.
