Hello everyone!
Thanks for all the well wishes! I did manage to get out of hospital at 4pm on Christmas day, so I missed out on the big lunch, but that was ok, because my appetite was still recovering. I still feel like I've missed Christmas a bit, but the way the past few years have been going I'm sure I'll blink and it will be here again any way!
I think the D in DH, DD etc. stands for Disney, but DH is certain I'm calling him d*ckhead when I write it
I went with said DH to Les Mis the other day too, I have to say that there goes 3 hours of my life that I'll never get back...
I never saw the play, but I was hoping that movie adaptation would be closer to a Rogers and Hammerstein movie, and to find that it was literally all just singing was very disapointing. I felt that there was no character building and therefore didn't care much when someone died... That is of course just my uncultured opinion, DH loved it, and his entire family thought it was amazing... I personally wanted to go see Wreck it Ralph...
However Sasha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter where awesome as always.
