My older cousin (Emilee's mom's bro) was in town this weekend. I hung out at my parents house yesterday for a bit and my older sister was here. We were watching Sarah Brightman on KCET in HD. She looked scary and when she hit a high note, her mouth was open very wide and she looked like she was going to eat someone!

I didn't like the ending for that either. It's not one of our faves.

I know he was suppose to become evil, but I think the actor pulls it off as whiney rage and then just sick.. YUCK. There was something lacking in the delivery.

I thought the actor playing the older Annakin was terrible, he just didn't pull it off. I thought he came off as whiney and weak also. Darth Vader was powerful, so it just didn't make sense to me.

Hubby and I were just discussing how HD is only for the "pretty people". It will show every bump, pimple, wrinkle, scar, sweat.. ewww.

Actually he was saying specifically how HD effects ummm naughty movies.. ewwwwwwwww

I just didn't believe him. I didn't think he had any chemistry with Natalie Portman, either. It was unfortunate, because I think a better actor could have made it believable.

Good morning, hyenas!
Overcast today... but not raining!

For some reason my boys look especially cute to me today.

When DS8 woke, he stumbled into the bathroom, then stumbled into the room I'm in (with the computer) and crawled into my lap. (This is not an easy thing these days, he is getting sooooo long!) He just sort of tucked his arms in between us and slumped his body against mine, his long legs dangling off the sides of my chair. So I rocked him a bit, then worried he was falling asleep, so jostled him and told him to go get dressed so we could get some breakfast going. He gave me a sleepy, goofy smile, said, "OK" and stumbled off.

DS4 eventually woke and stumbled in for a snuggle, then I directed him to the bathroom and went to get him some clean clothes for the day. We all went downstairs and I gave them some cereal while I made their lunches. Then I sent them upstairs to brush their teeth, and when they came back downstairs I heard DS8 telling his brother, "You CANNOT wear that to school!" DS4 insisted he COULD and WOULD. I poked my head around the corner to see a very annoyed DS8 glaring at his brother, Yu-Gi-Oh.

OK, so I removed the Yu-Gi-Oh costume, called Daddy to wish him good morning, then were out the door. DS4 did his usual shouts of "Goodbye" to his brother out the window (which seriously cracks up the cross-walk lady), and drove DS4 to school. He was a little upset that he couldn't find anymore acorns, so I told him I thought the squirrels ate them all. He was thrilled to find a little acorn cap, though. Small pleasures, huh?

We went in to class, put his things away, he went potty by himself, and then insisted on giving me THREE hugs and TWO kisses before I finally made it out of there.

So now I'm sucking down java (with the creme brulee creamer, yummm!) and seeing what's going on in the world (via the internet...)

put it this way. I candy stocked 2 carts today...

7:30PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 14
7:45PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 28
8:00PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 42
8:15PM - 2 carts, delivery, 16 boxes of candy. Total out: 58
8:30PM - 2 carts, delivery, 16 boxes of candy. Total out: 74
8:45PM - 2 carts, delivery, 16 boxes of candy. Total out: 90
9:30PM - 2 carts, delivery, 18 boxes of candy. Total out: 108
9:45PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 122
10:00PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 136
10:15PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 150
10:30PM - 2 carts, delivery, 14 boxes of candy. Total out: 164
10:45PM - 2 carts, delivery, 12 boxes of candy. Total out: 176
11:00PM - 2 carts, delivery, 10 boxes of candy. Total out: 186
11:15PM - 1 cart, delivery, 5 boxes of candy. Total out: 191

So ive taken out around 191 boxes of candy.
So lets do some math.

lets say 191 boxes of candy for 2 carts. We have around 40 carts. therefore, if we times that up, we get around 3,820 boxes out.

So lets see, 3,820 boxes, each boxes weigh around 30lbs. Soooo, 114,600 lbs of candy are distributed at MHT. we estimated that around 10,000 people are in the park, soooo, each person is pretty much taking home 11 lbs of candy.

So ending statistics.
My carts, 191 boxes total went out and gone
Total boxes went out for the entire night is 3,820 boxes.


the total lbs of candy that went out today is 114,600lbs.
We estimated that 10,000 people are in the park, which gives each person 11lbs of candy.

I will totally believe it We gave up after about 8 candy stops when our 5 bags were overfilling

Dizzy!! I called you on Friday! I was stuck in traffic and it took us 2 hrs to get to MHT. The ride home was worse because the freeways had construction and they closed off part of the 5fwy and the 91 fwy and 710 fwy.

DH bought Iron Man today. We had a difference of opinions on whether it was appropriate for the kids to see it. DH said it was PG, but I was sure I'd seen a review indicating it was really too much for young kids. So we did not watch it yet...

Alex took Frelan to the movies to see it.. For his birthday?? Fathers Day?? One of the 2. They loved it.

Because REALLY. What I really need in my life is MORE STRESS. I am already walking a fine line between having my brain explode, or ending up in the loony bin. I DONT need this jack-*** adding to what I already have going on.

Frelan and I sat down and figured out what I am going to say when I call him, and how we are going to work it out. Now I just have to get the balls to call him. and the patience to NOT SCREAM at him. My LOVELY husband said, whatever you do... DONT YELL at him! He knows me well.
