twinboysmom, did someone do this before and give you the idea? Because we just returned from our first stay at Pop and there is VERY little room between the doorway where you would hang the curtains and the sink. Much less than PO. Getting dressed in there would have to be some kind of magic trick unless you duck under the shelf. However, if your intention is simply to block light and sound from the sink, you sould be all set. Great idea!

Did this last Sept. on our Moms only trip. We are 4 ladies of various sizes (a couple plus size) and didn't have any trouble changing behind the curtain. We aren't overly modest it just helped the situation. And yes 4 adult women can share a value room for 7 days and still like each other in the end (they were my 3 best friends not close to each other before the trip)Didn't spend very much time in the room. We had so much fun 3 out of 4 are going back this Sept. with a newby. Sorry I can't answer about the width of the doorway I used those hooks with sticky on the back, they fell down occasionally which is why I also planned on taking the shower rod, I'd like to know the width too.

We check into pop on Sunday! I am so excited. I know that the answer is in this thread somewhere, but is there internet access at Pop. If so, how much does it cost? I know the first page mentions a connection under the desk, but I thought that this may have changed to wireless by now. ????

Last time I was at the value resorts (February), an internet connection was by the tv. Have never been to POP but I imagine that it is very similar. The Disney POP website lists internet access as an amenity. The old resort directory says "High Speed Internet is available in every guest room. Consult the information sheet in your room for details."

Fun things in the lobby area/food court? I have heard that lots of fun things happen, parades, dancing? Do they have a schedule of these things, or do you just have to get lucky and be there?

Has anyone been here during Christmas week? We are going to be here Dec 23-31 and we were told that some people put xmas trees in their room windows. Has anyone seen this?

We were there last Xmas 19-27th and yes saw some nicely decorated windows with Xmas trees and all. They also had a nice tree in the lobby with a chair by it, we got some great pix of that with the kids! :wizard:

Besides the tree what other kinds of decorations did people have in their windows? We were there in April 2006 which was Easter and Spring break. Are the crowds worse than THAT ? lol

I have a question regarding the refillable mugs at POP. Are there different sizes available? What is available at POP to refill it with?

Hi Neighbor ! I only saw the one size of mugs, the ones that fit oin the car holder. They had coke products, lite lemonade, iced tea, coffee. hot chocolate, tea and frozen slushies!

When we were there in 2006 there were 2 sizes of cups. The type that fit in your cup holder in the van/car or larger based ones.
