I agree! Get a new actress too that can play a more sympathetic character. With this serious a storyline shouldn't we be feeling something for her other than "get on with it already"?

Does anyone know why the heck they recast Michael? I thought Drew Garrett was doing a great job. Apparently it came as a surprise to him since he showed up for work one day and they fired him. They said they wanted to take the character in a "different direction." Were they looking for someone older, taller, or what? The new guy doesn't appeal to me at all. My mom read that they might also be recasting Morgan because the actor is in a pilot for a TV series. If it gets picked-up, he'll be leaving GH, too. Carly suddenly won't recognize her own kids!

Yeah, I think I read somewhere that he felt he hadn't performed at all well that first week-he got the gig on very short notice and he was still kind of in shock (or something like that). I think he said that he felt a lot better about the second week. So I'll wait til then before I make a judgement.

Naaaa, I can't wait ... I'll make my judgement now ... I don't like the new Michael at all ... but what's good about that is, if he ends up getting convicted for Claudia's murder, I won't be that upset, like I would have been for the old Michael ...

and what the heck is up with the new Michael's hair? ... give him a hair cut or new style or something, please ...
