Just cause it was a quiet day and doing nothing from DD:

**August 20th - Alfred and Lucky, can you say "awkward"

Why do I get the feeling this is when Lucky walks in On Nick/Liz in an awkward situation, which I hear its because he is drunk and angry. But she ends up slappig him.

Liz when will you learn that you cant substitute men for what you really want in life?

Liz will flirt with Nik dangerously but it wont go much farther than that, shes just angst for Nik/Rebecca.

Nik is just angst for LnL2 and to end them for good.

Liz will be on her own for a bit doing hospital stuff secretly wanting to paint again and longing for her confidante jason morgan.

Don't expect liz in a relationship for awhile unless its friendly.

And another:

Jason/Sam is it all one sided or will it be reciprocated? Or is it just a big mistake? People do crazy stuff when they think they are dying. Look for some one to get burned and that person doesnt take being burned lightly .. they like to play with matches and burn their enemies back **

Regarding new soapnet promo:

**Don't get excited Jason and Sam fans, it's not Sam he's thinking of or even saying ILY to. Jason is thinking of Liz and talking to her because he actually thinks he's with her.

Watch the promo closely. Does that look like the woman that just got told ILY by the man she's been wanting forever?

As for the romp, again don't get excited. Seems Jason isn't in his right mind and thinks once again he's with Liz. And upon waking up, doesn't even remember being with Sam.


Just had to decode the promo and end the confusion.

Now on to some spumors I'm hearing at Prospect:

That one night with jason makes Sam do some pretty stupid things when back in Port Charles.

Look for an old rivalry to heat up between Sam and Liz, only this time Sam has someone surprising and shocking on her side who helps her along the way.

Wait for the big reveal of who is behind her latest stunts, and WHY! Let's just say without giving too much away, that it involves a cute little blonde haired boy that was kidnapped (but for what reason) a second time not too long ago. Look for that storyline to come to a conclusion, with a shocking revelation about someone and their moments of weakness.

Which: Will lead Alexis to demand a DNA test and Jason to question feelings he had for Sam and to question Sam's feelings for her own dead child. Look for Sonny to question those as well, as Sonny and Sam will have an explosive scene reminiscent of the one where he confronted her about Jake.

Liz demands Sam pay for her wrongdoings to her children and goes to Mac to make it happen.

Agent Raynor will factor into this as well, as it turns out, someone has been hired to watch the PI. Could Amelia be on her way back to Port Charles, with more from Sam's past in tow? The legal ramifications of her past is astounding.


Down the road:

Look for a Liz and Jason reconnection in the first weeks of September. Look for Sam to be jealous and cause a rift, although short lived when Jerry spills all before leaving Port Charles around the end of September.

Nik and Lucky have an argument. Rebecca factors into it.

What is in the package Rebecca receives?

Carly has one more health scare and it's a doozy

Kristina and Molly learn the truth about their sister after Kristina finds a dvd from Ric

GH's Sam Recast?

Whoa! Soap Opera Digest has learned that ABC has just released a casting call for the role of Sam McCall, which has been played by Kelly Monaco since 2003. She is described as "early 30s, female, Caucasian, brunette, sexy, dynamic and fiery...SERIES REGULAR. This is a character who has been established on the show." An ABC spokesperson had no comment.

**It's true Jason and Sam have sex. Twice in Mexico. However, he's stuck back in time in Hawaii.

Back in PC, he does spend the night at sam's PH at her instance. There is no sex, she doesn't bring up the Mexico adventure sex they had. Jason is back to being Jason again by that time and has no memory of it.

However they do kiss at the carnival thanks to his head injuries acting up again ( think back to what Monica told him the last time he cracked his skull and his fainting with Claudia and Spinelli there) and once again thinks he and Sam are together and has no memory of the past 3 years, or what lead to their breakup.

Liz does see them, and Sam sees liz looking and hatches a plan.

Monica is concerned for Jason after he collapses and is rushed to GH by Sam. However, she is stunned when he doesn't know her and by Sam's attitude toward her as well. What she sees is Jason being controlled by Sam and Sam monitoring and taking advantage of the situation Jason is in. Jason will need surgery again, but this time, will Sam convince him to have it, or will she use the if I can't have him no one will card, after getting what she wants, a baby?

Monica goes to Carly, who doesn't know (again thanks to Sam) of Jason's serious head injuries, and her suspicions about Sam. Carly defends Sam. Monica tells her to sit back and watch the many moods of Jason and how Sam reacts to each one. She does. She sees Jason and Sam lovey dovey. Then a few days later runs into Jason and asks where Sam is, Jason tells her how should he know. Carly says you guys are together, you should know, Jason says no we're not. And why say that?

Meanwhile Sam is playing it up, hatching a plan to get pregnant with Jason's child. She and Maxie make Liz miserable, until Sam's exposed during November sweeps. Jason (while in lovey dovey mode) with Sam at GH, spies Liz and Jake, and that triggers flashbacks of everything from the past few years. Leading to an explosive end to Sam's plans.

Family Fued.

When Luke returns so will the Spencer/Cassidine fued.

"It will involve a new character. It will involve the younger Spencer Tracy & Luke"

Me: I assume that the younger spencer is Ethan.

Steve babbles about his decision is year to year. It's not about the paycuts. Everyone took one from top to bottom.

Burton has made no secret of the fact that he is selling his house and strongly considering moving to Nashville

"During negotiations moving to Tennessee *was* a possibility. I had so many options. I could sell everything and move there & not have to worry about working for years. Is that a possiblity in the next 2 years? Yeah. Is commuting an option? It could be. Right now, for me and the show, it didnt make financial sense. But it might a year from now."

Talks about the drama with the casting call. Apparently it was for Sam. Cause JFP called Kelly to tell her about the casting call and said "don't freak out. there is going to be a breakdown coming out"

At the exact moment KMo was hammering out her contract. "Things were already finalized. I'm not going anywhere. Nobody is going to take my job this year. We'll talk this time next year"

**SEXICO IN MEXICO

Sam and Jason remember the time they spent together in Hawaii, which rekindles old feelings. Sam is caught off guard when Jason initiates a kiss. The kiss leads to them making love, but afterwards, both of them aren't sure what it all means. Sam and Jason hit the road to hunt down Michael and Kristina, while they track the kids' movements, Sam and Jason cannot resist giving in to their feelings again.

After being rejected by Keifer, Kristina makes the decision she is going home and packs her bags. Even after Kristina confesses she believes she caused the car accident, Michael insists on taking the blame. They realize they don't have enough money to buy Kristina's ticket home, so Michael is willing to resort to stealing to get enough money for the plane ticket. Michael steals a tourist's wristwatch but he gets caught by the tourist he stole it from. As Michael faces the angry tourist, Jason and Sam come to his rescue. Michael then tells Jason, he has no intention of ever going back to Port Charles. Kristina is stunned to hear from Sam, that Alexis has confessed to the accident that cause Claudia to lose her baby.

EVIDENCE, TRUTHS, AND FAMILY
Jax figures out that Dominic is the son of Olivia and Sonny. Jax admits to Olivia, he'd like to see Dominic take down Sonny. When Jax seems accepting of Dominic, Carly is shocked. Jax pressures Spinelli to tell him Michael and Kristina's whereabouts.

Sonny shares his feelings with Claudia about their marriage and their future together. Claudia expresses her wanting to have another baby with Sonny. After Claudia bonds with Morgan, Sonny realizes they are making roads to becoming a real family. Sonny insists he is not going to pursue Olivia any longer. Dominic overhears Sonny's promise and later tells Olivia. A heated argument ensues between Johnny and Claudia, and Johnny has reached the end of his rope. Sonny walks in on the very heated confrontation. Johnny and Claudia's relationship remains strained. While Alexis and Sonny talk about the accident, Claudia eavesdrops and hears Kristina was the one who caused the accident, not Michael. Dominic takes evidence that will assist him in taking Sonny down.

ELSEWHERE IN PORT CHARLES
When Nikolas kisses her, Elizabeth pushes him away and she is unsettled by it. Nikolas later goes to see Rebecca to ask for forgiveness but he has other reasons for being there. Maxie is stunned to hear Spinelli wants to remain celibate until their wedding night. Carly warns Keifer to stay away from Morgan. Olivia tries to push Johnny away, but cannot resist his charming ways. Rebecca is unaware of Nikolas' true intentions. Robin discovers the murder weapon that killed Brianna Hughes was missing from the crime scene, she later goes to Alexis to reveal her theory. Andrea eavesdrops on the conversation between Robin and Alexis. Patrick tries to deter Robin from pushing Andrea's buttons.

So, it looks like I won't be watching GH until November sweeps. I can not put into words how much I hate Sam, I really can't.

The actors themselves appear to have more chemistry to me. At least compared to Liz and Jason. I'm sorry..but that was just a boring relationship. She was the damsel in the distress..all the time. Got kind of old. Besides it just didn't fit...she has these kids, but she's willing to place them in harms way dating a mobster/hitman. Give me a break. (albiet a coffee mobster)...
As far as Liz and Nicholas..it makes me sick to my stomach. I hope they aren't going to explore this storyline. I mean..it's her brother-inlaw. Really kind "hillbilly". Wait..I take that back.. I'm sure that's even offense to hillbillies.

I have to agree...I like Jason and Sam together. There is something about Sam ( I think it's because she reminds me of Brenda a little and I would LOVE for her to come back, but it would have to be Vanessa Marcil! )

Whatever happened to GH Night Shift??? I never heard that it was cancelled, but it never came back.

I don't mind Liz and Nik. I get the brother in law ick but I like the actors together. Also, weren't Liz and Nik 'engaged' once as a Helena thing when Lucky was the crazy 2nd Lucky who was under Helena's control and Nik was the other actor. Around the time Nik was with Gia?

What you said about Liz being the damsel in distress is why I get so cranky at the writers! Liz is a fighter and she should be able to handle herself and be a Mom.
