If they marry Sam and Jason I think I'll quit watching. Seriously. I DVR now and only watch 2-3x a week as is. They are the most unromantic couple ever. Both characters are super boring. Steve Burton doesn't even appear to like Kelly Monaco. At lease with Elizabeth, he appeared to like Becky Herbst and there was some softness there. With Sam, he looks like it is painful to get within 2 feet from her.

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who feels this way. I think they have zero chemistry together.

I would love to see that Claudia montage too.

As for Sonny, I like him. Am I the only one here who likes him? Sure he can be annoying but I like him. I just wish they would find a good match for him. I actually think he would be good with Olivia. I really liked him yesterday when he was listing to the cd and then in the hotel room and birthday party.

See I've never seen Elizabeth as a "goody goodie" which is what people don't like her see. She has always been terribly impulsive and has always made flawed decisions. She has always seemed pretty real to me.

I mean she has had less 'men' than a Carly or Sam. Bouncing around couples is what soaps do. They are all slutty. There are only so many people on the show KWIM?

I am ADORING Lulu and Dominic. Which means, they will totally screw them up and I'll be annoyed.

I'm with you about Liz. It seems (noticed I said seems) like eveyone that hates her calls her a goodie goodie and she is not. She never has been. Has she been judgemental of Carly and others? Yes. The reason why Carly has never liked Liz is for one reason and one reason only, JASON!

I can't stand Jason and Sam together. I like Jason and I like Sam but together I just want to hurl.

I like Sonny too so you are not the only one! If Claudia wasn't so nuts I think they could have been a great couple. I agree that Olivia would be good with him.

Yesterday was the 1st time in years that I have actually thought Maurice Bernard actually ACTED. Normally he just reads lines and totally phones it in, IMO obviously. He was good yesterday.

I LOVED Sonny when he 1st appeared on the show. I really liked him up until they paired him with Carly and it became the Sonny and Carly show.

I actually liked Jason and Sam the 1st time around. It was interesting. There was her baby with Sonny and that whole dynamic. Jason falling for one of Sonny's cast offs and then conflict between Carly and Sam. Now...ZZzzzzzzzzzz

I've always liked Jason more human with Robin and even Elizabeth to some extent the character has shown a different side. A separation from Jason Morgan, mob hit man. We even saw a little of that with Courtney (my least favorite soap character ever!) Early Jason and Carly was that way too.

Totally agree about Sam and Jason. B-O-R-I-N-G. And, again, seems to be totally forced. However, Guza definitely seems to write what he wants and not the fans

I like JJ but it feels like Liz has outgrown Lucky. Especially with JJ back. don't care for Niz but I am a Liz & Jason fan.

Totally agree! They need to balance his bad boy stuff with someone softer. Someone out of all the mob drama.

I liked yesterday's episode. It ended the way soaps used to always end with you anxious to tune in tomorrow. Usually it ends with me feeling if I see tomorrows episode that's fine, but if I don't thats ok too.

I actually don't hate Liz and Nik. I wish they'd stop trying to force her with Lucky. I liked her chemistry with Patrick (though I do like Patrick and Robin) and obviously Jason.

I also don't understand all the 'betrayed by his brother' stuff. Didn't Lucky sleep with Elizabeth's sister Sarah? I'm sure Jacob Young's Lucky did and she forgave him. It isn't like Lucky has been all innocent in their relationship. Isn't that why she slept with Zander? Her and Zander were pretty close friends and wasn't it the same thing as Jason? She caught Lucky with Sarah and Zander caught Emily with Nik so they got drunk and hooked up?

I don't understand why they always portray Lucky as Holier-than-thou...hello? Maxi? Uh, the drugs...and yes, I do think he slept with Sarah. I agree with them pushing them together, it so feels forced. Just like them forcing Sam and Jason together. How many times are we going down these roads??? I don't even watch the full episodes anymore. I watch for about 30 senconds and I am bored to death!

Elizabeth is not a goody goody... She was hell on wheels when she first came on.

I agree she is no angel. She has grown up... I mean like seriously she has been on the show for a long time so she literally grew up on there. I think thats why she seems so different to others..

Add me to the list, I don't care for JJ. I actually thought that GV handled mature Lucky the best, I mean I can't picture JJ having wild sex with Maxie or Sam for Pete's sake! (I can't see them being attracted to him)

I feel the same way. While I liked JJ with Liz first time around..they grew up together, Vaughn has taken the character and matured it. There is a big age difference. Vaughn looked older. I think the viewer could see him at this point in his career. I honestly thought Vaughn was too old for that whole Maxie thing when it was going on. He seems more suited age wise for Liz at this point.
I did like the scenes JJ had with Luke...they do have a good chemistry. Although, it did occur to me that I don't remember the JJ Lucky being so angry at his father all the time..like the Greg Vaughn Lucky seems to have been. I remember the JJ Lucky to have been much more like his father, than the Vaughn character turned out to be.


As for Liz being a goodie good..I don't necessarily see her that way. Just that the writers have written her male counterparts to view her as such. Jason for instance definetly had her on a pedestal. Rick was the same way. Even Lucky for that matter. Of course Nicholas see's her as a saint replacement for Emily. If it were real lifelaughing: and of course we know that it's a soap..)...she would not being going down another dead end road with Nicholas. I mean there is nothing good to come of it..other that to ruin a family.
As for Lucky being with her sister..I don't believe they were married at the time. They were literally kids. Honestly that is yet another reason you would think the character would have known how damaging this type of behavior can be. One would have hoped after all the mistakes she's made, that she would have at least learned something from them. Oh wait...this is a soap..lol!
Also..it does get old seeing a character make the same mistakes over and over. Pretty much the same story with her..just a different guy. Elizabeth and her forbidden loves. Not exactly a new idea.

It's wierd-I didn't like Greg Vaughn as Lucky when he first came on, and for all the time he played Lucky, I wasn't crazy about him. I was one who was actually looking forward to JJ coming back. But now that he's back, bring back Greg Vaughn. You're right about JJ as a cop-definitely "giggle-worthy". Like a little kid playing dress up.

I started watching ATWT and alan is on there and he is playing a mobster.. Its so funny. I miss him.. Why they got rid of him is beyond me.. Lucy is on there too.. So is Kevin. That show has lots of people from all the different shows.. Thats all I need is another soap..

and
JJ is 27

I'm 34 and I think both RB and GV look around my friends ages.

JJ looks like a total baby to me, He looks more Lulu and Maxie's age.

The big difference for me is JJ with Tyler Christopher who is turning 37 next week. Aren't Lucky and Nik only supposed to be 2-3 years apart?
