If it were 5-10 years ago, I wish someone would have made me buy DVC. But here we are, at the top of the mountain (maybe).

Regarding the original topic, don't forget that Pop is undergoing refurbishment, so less rooms are available overall, which probably affects the number of rooms allocated to Free Dining. Someone may have already pointed that out but I didn't read through all 121 posts.
