Shelly- the BW slide is awesome.
I actually like it better than the slide at SAB.
Plus the Sour Apple Freeze at their pool bar is sooo yummy! I don't drink but my mom does and she tried the Poolside Lemonade and loved it.
Joan- Woohoo
I LOVE getting the ME documents. Makes everything feel so real!
I actually didn't watch the Bachelor Pad last night... but I did watch part of the Teen Choice Awards.
I had to turn it off after about 20 minutes though, too much screaming and I didn't know who half of the "celebrities" were! I'm not that old!

to Lara and everyone else going through a bit of a rough time.
I had a pretty good day at work today... one of our kids is getting discharged on Friday so while I'm happy for him, I will be sad to see him go. Bittersweet! We're planning a little party and making cards. I've been making a pinata with the other kids but since most of the kids are on feeding tubes and can't eat candy, I'm trying to think of some small toys that both boys and girls from ages 4-16 would like.
I'm a little stumped!

I'm in Baton Rouge, which is about an hour from NO. One thing we know how to do in Louisiana is cook and eat! NO has so many great restaurants, but I have only been to a few. We hardly ever went to NO until my DD started med school in 2006. Now we go alot more, but we just go to see her. We've been to Mardi Gras a couple of times, but not much else. What can I say? We're fogeys!
So, went out to lunch with my two boys (Pakey dont read) had a crab cake sandwich delicious!

I know DS has a good coach this year - it's DH!!
