Okay, here is just one more- this is one of my favourite contemporary ballet pieces. It's so gorgeous and simple and I love the music:

And a BULL RIDING contest? Where did he go to school that they held rodeos?

Dizno, I am with you 100%. Flying scares the heck out of me! Usually I take a few Gravol and just conk out.

I would love to skydive, but I'd never do it in a million years. My son's best friend did it a couple of years ago and brought my son along to film it for him. He did the tandem thing with the instructor. Told his parents after he got back home! I think he was about 19 or 20. My crazy son entered a student bull-riding contest when they were having the spring rodeo at school. He told me after the fact, too. They made him sign all these releases and waivers. I think he lasted about 1 second! Sometimes I could wring his neck!

He knows how I feel about it - I just told him not to tell me about it until after its over. He would do the tandem thing also. Is 19 the magical age for this insane stuff??

Bull riding?? Yikes! Almost just as bad!

That was amazing! They were both unbelievable, but I couldn't take my eyes off the girl. Those legs should not be able to do that!

The bull-riding thing was at college (LSU). And I just remembered that he did hurt his wrist. He told me sometime later that he thought he might have broken it. We went to the dr. and sure enough, it had a small fracture.

Ignorance is bliss sometimes when it comes to your kids when they are old enough to be on their own. Even though they aren't!

I'm sure your DS will be fine, and it will be an experience he'll never forget!

Sky diving---
my uncle went sky diving in the late 70's-- and as he went to land he somehow broke his leg. So he was in a full leg cast. My aunt went to pick him up from the hospital, got him in the back seat of the car with his leg straight out in front of him and then slammed the door on his leg.

Guess we all know how she felt about his skydiving antics.





I would skydive--- bungee--- tightrope walk across buildings. Any and all of it. Just don't make me eat anything disgustingly squishy or tentacley 'cause it ain't happenin.

I would totally skydive, but only holding on to a professional with about 3 emergency parachutes.

Today is my Friday and I woke up feeling better than I have all week. It has to be a good day right?

I honestly think we would get into a huge argument if I went only cause he's afraid the chute won't open so some crazy stuff like that..... Jo: I could eat all squishy, tentacly things (and maybe a fried bug or two) and I would NEVER, EVER, jump out of no plane.

Morning Everythings! Just stopping in to say hi! before I head out. Today is errand day for me.

I'll pick up a Tim Horton's Cafe Mocha & wait with Janet on the ground while the rest of you sky dive. I am terrified of heights. I mean heart stopping, can't breathe terrified. If you ever read about the crazy lady who jumps out of Splash Mountain just before the drop, it's probably me! I have to talk myself into staying in the seat every time I go on!
