Pancakes for dinner sounds so good Elaine. We just love breakfast for dinner around here.

I need to make some chili tonight. DH's family is having their annual chili cook off tomorrow. Last year I made a texas chili. We made Frito pies with it. The recipe came from my brother who likes things hot and spicey. I also served Texas shaped bread and shots of Micholoeb beer(don't know how to spell it). I used my Texas shaped cookie cutters for the bread. My chili came in 3rd out of the 11 that were there. Tomorrow I am making Cincinnati style chili. I will service onions, spaghetti, oyster crackers and cheese with it.

AWWWW! Pam I think I can fix that room for you. I just happen to have some panaramic shots of Yellowstone. I am thinking a large mural on one wall. Do you want the Wyoming log cabin feel also? I hope you don't mind doing the mountain thing since Bonnie is doing the ocean/lite house thing.

Pam, try Depends then you wouldn't have to sit in wet clothes for a long time. Marilyn and I keep them in the cabinet to the right of the sink in the bathroom. LOL!!!! Honestly I noticed you went to a football game last night. Saw it was raining there. Our high school is also undefeated and DS sat in rain about half the night. But teens don't notice things like getting wet. Do you ever go to Sharon and shop there. The one thing I miss about PA is that there is no sales tax on clothing. Just love shopping there.

As for smoking. I am a nonsmoker!!! but I do like wine. Come to think of it I also like to whine..

Jeannie, how are you going to decorate your room in the cottage?

Instead of slushies tonight why don't we have some birch beer to celebrate our new Ya Ya?

OK, the lime green neon light over the fireplace is just too much! I love the lime green couch, but the purple chair is just too much Jennifer! Get rid of it.

I AM the voice of reason around here! I am not a crazy old lady Tank Dork (well, maybe once in a while, but that is due to senality, where the hell is my cane?)

My dentures are still coffee stained! I'm going to have to soak them in Ty-D-Bowl to get them clean.

Since I am the oldest, I get to keep the key to the cabinet. No one will get at the lime green duct tape without my permission.

(Sorry girls, just got a phone call father-in-law was admitted to hospital. As much as I would love to be with you huys tonite, don't think I will be able to) (Irregular heartbeat. He has had open heart surgery in the past)

I am going to fix him up with lime green duck tape. I know that will make him all better. The strength of the Ya Ya's is strong.

Well I am back from dinner... it was very yummy. Something about slightly buttered pancakes for dinner just is wonderful to me.

Ok, so what is birch beer? Is that beer beer or root type beer? Does it have calories? Yeah? Can't have any then.

We get our own rooms? New cottage...very cushy...well, Bonnie did get that raise. I'll do mine in a kind of lounge-y men's club style with loads of dark mahogany and oak desks, broken-in leather club chairs, the smell of cigars, brandy in crystal decanters, loads of books on the walls, oriental rugs...and a secret wall safe where we stash the YaYa treasures!!!

Is Pam getting Apolo's publicists' tele no. or something...I'm bewildered as to what favor she's pulling for Kim? I'm thinkin' stalker.

Elaine! I just went jean sopping and I felt like a fraud!!! These teen jeans-tight in one place, flared in another...I felt a little ridiculous. I just want a nice pair of straight legged jeans.
