Hi all I am back again! After many many months of searching and trying and hating, I finally bought two pairs of jeans today They are the best fit I found. They have those boot cut legs and I am not sure I like them that much but the rest fits so well that I couldn't pass them up just for that. I just didn't want flared at all.

I guess I have to try to catch up to you all again... you all are rather mothy tonight

Well, I have said "dork" for over 25 years and finally, about 16 years ago my FIL clued me into what it meant. But I still call everyone a dork, and yeah, I am one, too!!

I absolutely LOVE Birch Beer and there is only one place down here where we can get it. It's a Buffalo Chicken Wing place and the only reason they have it is its an up north kind of thing and sort of goes with the whole theme of the place. I will be VERY upset if they ever go out of business.

Boot cut seem to be fine. I don't mind the way flares look on others but I don't like them on me. These are more straight legged and that's not bad at all. I have that gappy thing in the back but it could be much much worse!

I used to hate finding any clothes being the shorty I am but somewhere along the way clothes makers have decided that making short, regular and long lengths was a wise thing to do.

Karen, that 60 second warning thing is my worst enemy! I swear I'd have thousands of more if they'd get rid of it again.

I knew what dork meant, but I chose to always ignore it I enjoy that word just as much as twit

Hmm... I'm stumped... I have no idea what to have for dinner!

Elaine how tall are you?? Im only five foot and hated buying clothes until they came out with the different lengths. That said I STILL have to take up even the shortie jeans and pants. But at least I dont have to cut off half the lenght of the legs now ROFL. I never have anything but straight leg jeans because even if they are boot cut etc.... after I take them up they always come out straight legged!!!

Well I did decide and I am having pancakes for dinner. Boring I know but I've had too much greasy food recently so I want something healthy and happy. Batter is mixed and I am just giving it about 10 minutes to "fluff up" before pouring.

Pam, I am just a hair over 5 foot myself (not even 5'1"). I am lucky though because I have a 29 inch inseam so the shorts work for me. The bad thing though is the petites usually had a 28 or a 28 1/2 inch inseam so those were just a hair too short. For my others I just rolled or cuffed the pants/jeans. Shorts are usually about right or good enough that I won't complain. I also can't stand petite clothing because it is "proportioned" for short people... that means it is one size smaller because they cut inches out of the hips & thighs. That makes me so mad. I have a terrible problem that I have thick thighs (think Mary Lou Retton) and I can't do a lot of the "standard" jeans. I have these Levi's loose fit. So they are a lower waist which I like and a looser area all around the hips & seat. They are not loose on me at the thigh but they work nicely

Okay I have rambled on long enough about the silly jeans I wear, off to make my pancakes... yummy!!!

I don't want a sports theme (although I'm around 40 miles from the Burgh) - I want either a mountain (think Yellowstone/Tetons) or Lighthouse/Ocean room!! I love lighthouses!!
