Kim, I am putting the Christmas spirit together. I am looking for music but not much is out here yet. There is a big sale at TDS on Thursday and I will be there with bells on! I plan to do lots of damage there! I am looking for matching shirts for us all and have dusted off the Michey ears Santa hats. My fingers went momentarily insane and pushed a secret hidden key somewhere on my keyboard that launched my post (unfinished) into cyber space somewhere. It said: Thank you for posting...yada yada yada...yet my unfinished post isn't here! What's up with that? Where the heck did it post to!? It probably went to a thread on the debate board or something... bwhahaha....that should be good for a laugh!

bfeller wanders into cottage. Hey, y'all I am home. It has been raining all day. It must have taken me at least 30 minutes to catch up with you all. I love the new donations to my new room. The homing darts will be available to any Ya Ya who needs to keep her DH in line.

Speaking of DH's, Bonnie your DH is getting thumbs up from me. What a sweetie. Sometimes it just takes a little disagreement to make them aware of how much they love us.

OK, I started to feel bad for being a sub for a pregnant teacher. I was ready to come up to MI and be Paige's sub but then they have already found one for her. My biggest fear is that parents will be so disappointed. The 7th graders that I will be getting had a student teacher for the first 10 weeks of school and only have their real teacher for about 3-4 weeks and then they get me for 3 months. I feel very bad for the kids. It takes so much to get used to change and the way a person teaches. But hey they get me!!!!! Those lucky little sevies! The teacher slipped and told me that she is going to call in with swollen feet on Tuesday (we are off on Monday) and is taking a personal day on Wednesday. So my first day will probably be Tuesday. Wish me luck.

Well, I need to make dinner. Will stop by later. Guess what we are having tonight? You guessed it. I am making another attempt at spaghetti. I will not use the red colander that tips very easily. Chris and Allison have been teasing me and falling on their hands and knees and praying that they get dinner tonight.....Don't know where these kids get their personality.

heeheehee-now DD is in the kitchen making me chocolate chip cookies. Jodie, the secret is that I put up with it for a while and then I blow, and they know it takes a lot to make me that mad so they know that they have really screwed up. I usually just kind of roll with the punches, but they know when they have pushed too far. And when Mom threatens to move to Florida without them, they know they have gone too far. (They also know that Mom would not go anywhere without them, well maybe without dh, but definitely would not leave DD behind and she knows it)

Just a shame that they feel they have to test me this way. I don't usually blow unless I am starting to feel like a doormat, I have told them so several times, and they are not listening. Last night was one of those occasions.

Jay, you are so cryptic. Just come out and say what you have to say sweetie. As you can see, there are no secrets around here.
