Hey Vince, in your area, I know a guy that is pretty good at that...I will have to replace my driveway at some point, maybe next year. The weight of the MH is putting some deep indents from the tires in the pavement.

The plan this year is to move a shed at the end of the driveway and pour a 20x40 concrete pad for the MH to park on ( 20 ft. wide so I can open the awning and sit out under it when not camping ). View attachment 565517
When you open the door, does it feel like there is a slight catch or does it just swing freely?Ours just slams shut with a gust of wind.
So checked my water system today, so far so good. We are not leaking anywhere. For all the Class A people out there, how do you keep your outside door open when it is windy ? Ours just slams shut with a gust of wind. I mean sometimes you might want to leave the outside door open and just use the screen door.
And ticks are out, yuck.![]()

I've never had a problem with it blowing closed, but have had the wind push it from open to hyper-open. It was a factory defect. The stop was made of plastic and would break allowing the door to swing free. Someone in my neighborhood got tired of them breaking and machined a billet replacement. Now he makes them and sells them.No ours just seems to swing freely, and the one day it was warm and I would have liked it open. I mean I can run a bungee from the inside handle out and around the mirror, but seems like it should stay open.

My point is Chris, pop the panel off the inside of the door and see if the stop is damaged or broken. In addition, if you haven't already (my guess is you already have) join a Winnebago Tour group and ask. It might be a known problem.
