Another fun thing to do every trip is to take their picture in the exact same spot, and then get one of those multiple opening frames and put them all together... we've taken pics of our kids from our first family trip to the world and on to the present at the Christmas character stratues at DTD (back near the Art of
disney store and the Christmas shop) every single time. The boys started it before their sister was born, and every time since, they stand on or sit with the same character. It's fun to look back and see how they've grown. We always make sure they are the same orientation (horizontal for us, not vertical) and JUST THE KIDS. Last year a CM tried to encourage us to get in and he'd take it for us, and both DW and I said "Nope, thanks - this is a tradition...no adults allowed."
As a side note, I also have a frame like this in my office with all of my annual Father's Day shots. It's a must-do in my house to get a pic with my kids on FD.
