Went for my bloodwork this morning at 8:00am, so I was up early. I walked home from the medical buiding (took a cab there) and felt really good about it, took me about 45 minutes.
Did my cardio this afternoon,

and want to share this recipe which I had for dinner.
First I cooked 1/2 cup of brown rice and split it in 2, (1/4 for tomorrow, 1/4 for today)
In a frypan I saute'd red onion, celery, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, thin carrot slices, then added mushrooms, diced cherry tomatoes and green onion. Then I diced up a boneless/skinless chicken breast and added that to the veggies with 2 tablespoons of hot salsa,
when the chicken was cooked I added the rice and a generous sprinkle of Mrs. Dash. Covered it and let sit for 10 minutes, it was absolutely delicious, very filling and satisfying (assuming I won't be hungry in an hour)
