Yeah for Mac and family

Yay for Aidan coming home!:cool1:

I just bought this yesterday and paid $4 for it if I remember correctly. I'll have to go check the receipt. ETA: Yep, price tag is still on it. $4 is what it was new at the Disney Pin place in DTD.

Great!:) Does it seem to be nice quality?
Sorry about your luggage!:guilty: That's one reason that I prefer non-stop flights. Of course we still get delayed, but *so far* none of our luggage has been lost.

Good news for Rees! I hope that they are able to disgnose and treat the problem, and I REALLY hope that their lack of urgency hasn't made the problem worse. More good thoughts for the Fig Family!:wizard:

Bernadette - Cold Stone is pretty good. The one in the mall with the Disney Store went out of business so I usually go to Baskin Robbins. That mall caters to a "low end" clientele so I guess they don't pay $5 for ice cream. We also have Paciugo which is good - that might be local, though.

This is my quick trip report...

10/18
Arrived at Pop. Met Janet & Chanon. Went to MNSSHP. Ate at LTT with the DDA gang. Rode HM, PoC, CoP, Buzz (scored 999,999, but thats because we got stuck). Collected candy. Fireworks & parade were great!!!

Great photos!

I wonder if MK will still have Fall decor when we arrive. I would imagine they would be switching over to Christmas as the first MVMCP will be our last night.

Well after a two hour delay in MCO, Janet and I decided to go ahead and travel to ATL to our connecting flights (we flew the same flight out of MCO). Gate agents kept telling us that ALL flights kept getting delayed out of ATL - which most were. Our 7:09pm flight left at 9:17 from MCO and arrived ATL at 10:37pm. Janet's flight from ATL to home left at 9:26pm; mine at 10:34pm. Overnighted in ATL at a hotel who's fire alarm kept going off almost every half hour. As much as I hate to say it - It's good to be home.
.....but there is that other ticker!!!

After breakfast some of us went to different parks. Chanon, Janet, & I headed over to MK. Very crowded but beautifully decorated.

Great photo!!!! You guys must have had so much fun!!!!

10/19
MGM - Chanon, Janet, & I went over to MGM. Chanon & I rode Tot & R&RC. we met up with Deb & Chris & Tammi & Bob. We shopped, ate lunch at the ABC Commisary. Deb, Chris, Janet, Chanon, & I stalked some dream team members (but Deb can tell that story better). I had a few hours at MGM on my own so I went over to see One Man's Dream & HSM2 (again) I love that music! Shopped some more & rode Tot 5 times.
I met up with Deb & Chris for Fantasmic (thanks for saving me a seat guys!!!) Tammi & Bob came in soon after. The show was great, but there was no dragon, just Malificent at the end.:confused3 After that I headed back to Pop ( shopped more at the everything Pop store). The days were a blur so I know I got in late but can't remember when.

TOT 5 times? I do it for Lizzy but I don't think I could do it 5 times in um...6 times in 1 day.

WOW-that is the best headless horseman photo I've ever seen!!!!!!!

I knew we were going to miss it and was surprised there was a later flight for us. We were delayed in Orlando because of toilet issues. They finally decided to close it and fly to Chicago anyway. With that and the bad weather, we landed when our connecting flight was leaving. I figured our luggage wouldn't make it but thought we'd have it by now. I'm starting to get worried about it.

Yikes - toilet issues are a new one. (Although it makes me think of those poor people with the raw sewage issues coming from Scotland this summer. :scared1: )

We sat on the runway in Orlando for almost an hour, waiting for weather to pass. Amazingly, we were only 20 minutes late getting into Houston, and only about 15 minutes late once we landed in Dallas. Southwest turns those planes over fast!

Great!:) Does it seem to be nice quality?

We also have Paciugo which is good - that might be local, though.

Elizabeth - it does seem to be of a decent quality. If we get together sometime soon, remind me, and I'll bring it for you to look at!

Ugh - I'm so sorry that you guys had problems!!!!!

I think we should all say a prayer for Stephanie and Terry's safe travels, since it seems no one escaped problems!

Great pics of everyone! MK looks so nice all decked out for Halloween.

I have come to the conclusion that my sweatshirt isn't coming back.:guilty: DH helped me look for it and it is just gone.:confused3 The harder I think about it the less sure I am about when I saw it last. Maybe not even since we have been in this apartment, which is 4 years.

Great HH pic, Chanon!! :goodvibes

And Anne Marie, I think your new camera took some good pictures! They look really crisp! :thumbsup2

MGM was already putting up the Osbourne Lights. It was nice to see a little Christmas Spirit since I won't get to see it in December.

I've never heard of Paciugo. The plaza with the Cold Stone is pretty high end other than Kohl's. Its a newly redone plaza that was pretty empty for a while. Now there is Barnes & Noble, Talbots, Talbots Kids, Talbots Men, Gap, Baby Gap but no kids Gaps, Whole Foods, Crate & Barrel, REI and lots of other specialty stores. It is a u shaped strip mall and they play music so it reminds me of Disney a bit.:rotfl:

Nice!!!!

Anne Marie-I love all your pictures! Those crowds are scary!!! I'm getting worried!

Yes. There is one in the mall across the street, and one next to the dry cleaners I used to go to for my ExBosses. (I'm sure there are more, but those are the ones near me.) It is yummy.:)

Holy cow, that is a big one! :rotfl:

Would the ahem "owner" like to regale all of us with how many DW's he/she was able to consume? I'm wondering if you met your goal! :thumbsup2

I saw some in August.:rotfl:

Thanks, I didn't get a lot of good night shots but the day ones came out ok.

Anne Marie-I love all your pictures! Those crowds are scary!!! I'm getting worried!
No worries, it was crowded at MK on Saturday, but with FP & knowing where to go it was managable.

Yep. She made it home and Gary suprised her by picking her up at the airport. And neither of us had luggage problems, so I guess that is one good thing!
That's good!
