Grandma's procedure starts at 1:30 CST they said it could take as little as 30min. or as long as 3hrs. I hope is less as I have to drop Olivia off with my mom at the hospital. So the less the better. I am taking Olivia toys to play with but still their is only so much that can entertain a 4yr old at the hospital.

Poor Janet called in the middle of my nightmare today. Janet, I swear that I am not usually so ditsy. It was nice talking to you and Chris and I are both looking forward to the Haunted Hayride. We will also join you for the Sci Fi dinner and since we are staying longer we may wait and do Fantasmic on Saturday as well.

So I would love to read itineraries if anyone has one.

Question for you - you had mentioned that Southwest doesn't do standby - so if I went to the airport and tried to get on an earlier flight with them next week (I'm flying on a Rewards ticket), would they let me on if there is a seat open?

I'm not Chanon, but when I missed my flight in April I was told by SWA that if I'm at the ticket counter and try to get on another flight that day that they wouldn't charge me the difference in fares, but if I did it over the phone, they would.

So I made a HUGE mistake today. I got some DINGs for MHT to MCO. In all the excitement and with adrenaline pumping I cancelled our flights and rebooked for a Thursday morning flight and a later Sunday departure. I also saved $50 or so I thought. After that I added a room to our reservation and bought our MNSSHP party tickets for the 18th. Then I looked at the confirmation email and we were flying from MCO to MHT on the 18th and from MHT to MCO on the 21st. Obviously that is a HUGE problem. I made a frantic call to southwest and they could do nothing for me. I had to cancel the new flights leaving me with NADA, Nothing. I have since booked new flights getting us to MCO on the 18th at 12:30 PM (not a nonstop flight) and departing MCO at 8:30 PM on the 21st. So we have gained about 32 hours in Orlando for the mere additional cost of $342. Plus and extra hotel night and MNSSHP tickets Live and Learn. Oh well, we'll get to hang out with you all at MNSSHP. Could someone please post or email the shirt design that you all decided on and What color shirts are they going on. It looks like I'll be making shirts this weekend. Chanon had an extra 4:05 PM LTT reservation which she was kind enough to bequest to us so we will be dining at the same time as the rest of you.

Oh Deb, I so feel your pain. I know how it is to get caught up in all the Ding excitement and misread things. But look at the bright side....more DDA time. Not the 'more money' side.

It's great that you will be doing MNSSHP and LTT with us. Yes, we are still planning on BB Sat. after CMC. I have PI penciled in for Friday too.

Hi, all. Finally heard from the doctor. Can't get into GI for a while, but he's been talking to the GI and knows what to order. So, I'm waiting to hear from the nurse for testing info. Lots of bloodwork and a possible enema (I told them he'd have to be sedated), GI scope... Rees also has his pre-op for ENT surgery next Wednesday. If he has to be sedated for any of the GI tests they are going to try to do them at the same time. He does ok, and then really hurts. I went to school today to get him through the bad time and took him potty. He actually made it the whole day, but then got sick when he got home.

So, essentially we're in a holding pattern which is so frustrating. Keep the prayers coming please!

Denise - Poor Rees! I was hoping maybe they could get all of his procedures scheduled all together so he wouldn't have to be sedated more than once. DS had to have surgery on his tear duct and his thumb and the orthopedic surgeon and the opthalmologist managed to coordinate with each other in the OR.
I am glad he was able to last the day at school, but I am sorry he was sick when he got home. Sending lots of hugs and good thoughts to you all while you wait for some answers!

Anne Marie - let me know what you've decided to get your kids. I'll need some ideas for mine. Of course I haven't even told them yet and the guilt is starting to get to me. But only for a minute!! I'll promise to bring them back a great surprise and they will be fine.

I'm finally starting to fret about the trip and getting things done. This weekend will be spent getting a pedicure and doing our shirts. Tonight we talked about what we will be taking. I also showed myBob the Mug Men thread. His response...."I don't drink coffee." Hello!!! I do! And so does Chanon!! I think he is straight now. Tomorrow I'm going to email him the Official Packing List and hopefully we should be good to go.

Good morning...I've been reading along but it's been a rough few days here. Lucy has diarrhea (probably to much info), so I've been keeping a close eye on her. I think she is teething as she doesn't have a fever and is drooling constantly. Molly has been in rare form and not taking a nap which gives me no break. But on the upside Emma is doing better with her overall attitude.

Maybe she is teething? All my 3 would get diarrhea with no fever & then poof there was a tooth coming in.

It appears that my UTI has reappeared which means that it never actually fully went away. The doctor can't see me before my scheduled appointment tomorrow so hopefully she will call in a new prescription and get things rolling. The nurse said the last culture showed EColi so I really hope they give me something that will totally clear it up.

Oh no! Hope you get the meds quick & its over soon!

I'm giving my notice, now! I'm leaving tomorrow morning for New Mexico. I'll be back sometime Sunday. So, today will be taken up with errands, laundry and packing. I'll keep checking in, though. I hope you all have great days!!!

OK everyone - tell me I did the right thing. I just booked our hotel stay (for our honeymoon) over at the Hard Rock Hotel. Club level, King bed at a rate of $245. Worth it? I've NEVER stayed concierge before. BUT given that we'll be getting off a cruise - with food and top service - going to a standard room and having to pay for everything OOP this might be worth the extra $40 a night.

Jeff made a comment yesterday, that if I go into labor maybe Ill be at work. I reminded him that total labor with Olivia was 6hrs. I also told him that most 2nd labors go faster then first.

Katie took 32 hours of full labor , Daniel & Sophie flew out after 6 hours!

Well they were not able to do the procedure on grandma's heart. She will now have to rely completely on her defilibrator. They informed my mom of this at 2:45 CST. She is still in surgery as they make the defilibrator responsible for her whole heart. So if she has any more heart problems their is nothing they can do for her.

Riley lost a tooth at school today & had a dentist appointment after school. The dentist said that was his last baby tooth

I thought i had a new night attendant but guess what. you guessed she never showed. so now my day attendant is helping at night and so is my old night attendant. i have put 2 ads on craigslist and sent an ad to 2 colleges. so far i have had 5 interests and i have made 2 interviews out of the 5. ugh. i need major pixie dust i find the right one asap so i dont tire out my day attendant.
