So my daughter is pumped beyond belief .....the kids came in 3rd in regionals and scored 11 pts higher than Saturday and 4 pts higher than their best this year.


If the scores hold true from last year the kids get to miss the first round of finals We won't know until Friday when all of the regionals have been completed.

Abi is doing much better....I've had a headache all day...not bad enough for my medicine but icky.

I am waiting with baited breath for Cassidy to get home...she just called and I asked and she told me she'd tell me when she got home...the STINKER!!!

Jen - glad to hear things are holding steady with your grandpa. So sorry that the Cowboys are not playing well tonight.

o man, did you watch that game?!?! It was UGLY but we won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy cow, the Cowboys just pulled it out!

What a game - Jonathan is running through the house screaming. 6 turnovers by our QB, and they win in the last few seconds with a 50+ FG (that the kicker had to kick twice). Unbelievable.

I know Jen is happy tonight!

Lindsay- it was absolutely nuts! my dad and i came home in the end of the 3rd quarter and watched..i was SO mad at romo hahaha

Then my brother came down with 2 minutes left and we just watched--i screamed, woke my mom, and jumped up and down

My grandpa who lives next door came over and said he was afraid to come over if they didnt win!

Let's just say I loved my job as of last night today I liked my job. I had 30 emails total back/forth about one issue for a service unit. Plus another unit had a leader who did not act appropriately. Gotta love the fun times.

Ugh - I've been there. Hope tomorrow is better, and that everyone BEHAVES!!!

Well i am exhausted now! hahaha

I have good news (in addition to football ) When we were out tongiht, my brother told me he got my birthday present and had to tell me tonight but i wasnt allowed to freak out since we were at a bar/restaruant..so i said okay and he told me i have like 10th row seats to the Maroon 5 concert THIS SATURDAY!!! Now, thats alyssa's band--he got the tickets from the lead singer and i wanted to go SO bad!!! He didnt have extra tickets but now he has to work so hes giving them to me--HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Now, i have to find out if my mom or dad want to go, since they knew alyssa..and if not, i need to find someone..i cant believe he is letting me go!

pretty rough first...3.5 quarters but definitely an interesting , but good ending!

I'm so impressed with all of you and your Christmas shopping. I'm usually just beginning to think about it come October - it seems like everyone's wants/needs change so much to do it any earlier. I am relieved, though - most of our gifts to everyone this year will be the Disney trip. I think we're going to still do gifts for our parents, but all the brothers, SIL's, and nieces and nephew are done by default! I do love shopping for the kids usually, but as I also spend way too much time triple-thinking each buy, it's probably a blessing that I don't have to do anything for them this year.

If it helps, this is the earliest I've ever started. I just started finding some really cool clearance items in the last month or so. Nothing like finding good gifts, doing it early and saving big money! Love Target at inventory time!
