I made one last very quick design (one of the main reasons I was an hour later leaving for our trip than I wanted to be). Becky had asked me to make this for her to put on a hoodie and I'd forgotten. I threw it together very quickly. It looked very nice. She got more notice with this one than the family one.

Does anyone have any pictures of Amy's cookies that I could "doctor up" by "putting them on my table" if my attempt doesn't turn out??!! :rotfl: I think I'm going to attempt baking a batch now. Wish me luck! I haven't checked to see if the recipe she posted is the same one she pm'd me (I know others have accused her of not giving out the right recipe). I did notice she had more instructions in her posted one. :rotfl:

I would have copied and pasted the PM I sent you and Marti, but I deleted it, so I had to type it all out again! I figured I would add a few more tips, since that "accusation" was out there! :teeth:

Congratulations on what looks like a successful morning of baking cookies. Your oven is even hotter than mine if those were baked for six minutes. My mom's original recipe says 7-9 minutes, but I changed it because mine are done at six.

Amy :)

I would love to SEE this parade!!! I think we've seen it once many moons ago, but each time we try to see it now they we are real lovers of Disney - it rains the day we are in Animal Kingdom.

Moral of the story - if you see us arriving in Animal Kingdom - run the other way because it is sure to rain that day and there will be no parade!

I've never seen this parade. You don't have plans to be there on Sunday May 21st do you? I have a late (10:30) ADR with Donald that day (first time for that meal). I was hoping to take Lizzy on EE before breakfast. She hates to eat too early.

Actually that is our AK day!

Maybe we'll bring you good luck! :teeth: Sounds like I can't loose. If it rains I get to blame you and if its nice I get to take credit (well maybe I'll give it to the birthday girl). :rotfl: Do you guys ever do Donald's?

Oops...I have to blame Marti-will she be you on Sunday? Will Paul & Matt be at AK or SWW at MGM?

so - my sweet little boy has a double ear infection and a sinus infection

my mom leaves to go out of town tonight and DH leaves on Sunday = this could be a long week!! She said he might feel pretty lousy for a few days and then hopefully by the middle of next week will be better

No, I've never eaten at Donald's. I booked it one year and then cancelled, based on some reviews I read. On the 21st we will only be there in the morning, then to WCC for lunch, and then heading to the airports. :( I'm not sure when we will be hooking up with Paul and Matthew. It would be great to see you that morning.

Poor Nick. Does your ped. medicate for ear infections? Some believe that they just heal over time, and don't like to prescribe anything for fear of building up immunity. When it comes to ears though, I don't want to mess around and chance any hearing loss. Can he take Motrin. That always takes the edge off of Alyssa when she gets them.

he is on amoxycillian - he does not have a big history with antibiotics so they never hesitate to prescribe for him

this may be TMI - but she said she couldn't even get a good look in his nose b/c it was all pus! YUCK!!!!

his breathing is somewhat labored - and he isn't sleeping well -

Steve will only be gone two nights - but here is the kicker - I work at my church and normally - I just am in the office but this week I scheduled a program for the 4th graders (a year ago) that I am running - but Nick can't go in the nursery and I have no one to watch him - guess I better figure soemthing out pretty quick!!

Poor little guy!!!! I've been soooo lucky. I used to get ear infections all the time as a kid but my 3 children have only had 1 each. Both Lizzy & Joe are alergic to penicillin. Joe's reaction was severe hives and I had just found out I was pregnant with Emma. He had been on it for a week before his reaction and I thought for sure it was measles. Emma has only been on an antibiotic 1 time and she had a rash so I'm not convinced she's not also alergic. Lizzy didn't get the hives until her 2nd time on penicillin. BUT...they say is NOT hereditary and Joe & Lizzy are alergic to different components based on skin tests.

Hope he recovers quickly!

I've canceled ADR's there too. I've read mixed reviews-some really good ones so I thought this might be the time to try it with just the 2 of us. I'd be out a whole lot less than if the whole crew of 6 go and its lousy. Maybe we can hook up for an early ride on EE. :scared1:

We will all have to exchange phone numbers before we go....
