Garrett has a dentist appointment at 7:30 this morning, I need to make a stop at the vets afterwards & then head off to work. Riley has a game at 3 this afternoon. Who said weekends were relaxing lol

Oh well, nothing going on tonight so far. Tomorrow is Gary's birthday. Still waiting on him to decide if he wants to go out for dinner or have me cook him something. I'm sure you all can guess which one I hope he decides on

Yes it did thanks. And we got the house emptyed (John told the sellers, what ever they didn't want we would get rid of) and cleaned. Today is putting things away while John gets the big items from the old place.

Good to hear from you, Paula! Good luck with the meds/insurance. I know that is a HUGE pain.

Your oufits are awesome. Do you use a regular sewing machine or do you have one with an embroidery feature? If I had a little girl I'd have to fly out and have you teach me how to make those awesome outfits. Unfortunately my boys wouldn't caught dead in a dress.

Tom, you are truly amazing! Everything looks incredible!

Oh good. I hope it wasn't smooshed too badly. I sort of crammed it in there.

The outfits are adorable. You really need to teach me how to make those hair bows. I went to one of our kid boutiques downtown last weekend with the intention of buying some but I just couldn't bring myself to pay 7 to 9 dollars for a hair bow!

The bows we buy for Princess are $5 each, and they are baby bows! When she bumps up to the next size they will be about $10.

Momboss said they have finalized the dates for their trip next summer. They were originally going in June, but they couldn't get the ressies they wanted so they are going in August. Our WDW trip will overlap theirs on one end or the other, depending on which week DH gets.

At first I was disappointed that the dates all run together, but Momboss pointed out that DS and I can stay at WDW LONGER! DH will have to come home, but if Princess isn't here DS and I can come back later. If DH gets Aug. 2-11 then DS and I will move to Pop 8/11 and stay until Aug. 17 or so. If DH gets Aug. 9-18 I probably won't add extra days because I think my bosses will leave Aug. 6. It's not really worth the hassle for DS & me to go 3 nights before DH and then switch hotels when he arrives. Besides, I want to start the trip with all of us together.

I was on the phone yesterday and the boys got into a huge fight. Of course. Because I was on the phone. I hear a bunch of loud banging and then a crash. Shane and his friend had locked Owen out of his room and Owen kicked the door so hard and so many times that a snow globe fell off of Shane's shelf in his room and crashed into a gazillion pieces. Owen got a spanking and sent to his room. Then he peed in his pants when he was in time out. Some days it's a miracle that we all have survived the day are are in one piece when Ken gets home.

Ken is going to his friend's all day so I have the kids all day. We're going to a birthday party and then I don't know what. They lost their cartoons an videos this weekend for their behavior at Open House on Thursday so now I suffer for their punishment.

Kim - YIKES! Not a fun day for you yesterday! But it sounded SOOO familiar! I used to have those days with Brother & Sister. And with DS and my charge at the job before Brother & Sister.
I hope today is better! Those "No privilege" weekends tend to go pretty slow, don't they?

DS has privileges but he is holed up in his room doing something. It's so cluttered in there I don't see how he can move, but he refuses to sort through and get rid of anything. He has Star Wars ships and books and collector cards and all sorts of crap strewn around in there. But if he's happy and NOT in front of the TV I will leave him alone. I made him bring out all of his laundry and empty his bathroom trashcan, so that's good enough for now.

I gathered up and sorted all of the laundry, put a load in the washer, and took the trash down to the curb. It looks like the lady below us is moving out. We've lived here for 4 years and never spoken to her. She travels a lot, and she doesn't make much noise, which is good. Now we'll probably get the neighbors from hell.

The new property manager is almost certainly the one we had at our old property, and her standards are lax at best. She was kind enough to lease to our old next door neighbors, who prompted us to move out! They were rude, noisy, messy, and shot illegal fireworks off their patio. I complained about them almost every single day and she did NOTHING. I called the police, and still those people kept right on doing what they were doing. I dreaded coming home every day because they were HORRIBLE. So we moved. We were in the middle of our lease but since we transferred to another property with the same owners we weren't penalized. The people with the yappy dogs aren't bad, but they are just here short-term while they remodel their house. Which means another roll of the dice when they move out. We have been so lucky I am sure we are in for bad neighbors now.

Yay for the storm not being too bad! We're doing MVMCP on a Thursday, so hopefully it won't be too packed.

How many pins do I personally have? I think about 150. DS has over 200. I imagine all 3 of us put together have around 500. We traded close to 200 in August. So far I have about 110 on the way from EvilBay, and the other order that I am still adding to is about 35 pins. I never did find any pins at the Post Office, but I am seeing them popping up for auction.

Bernadette - the TR is great so far! Keep posting!
