Hope everyone had a great weekend. :goodvibes

Maria, stop by any time you can. We love to hear from you. Sounds like your DD is having a great time! :goodvibes

Deb, I can't believe how many pics your DS took! That's impressive. Sounds like ya'll had fun at the car show.

Tammi, sounds like you had a great weekend too. Every time I go to that Giant, I feel like I have to put make up on because you know that you're going to see a ton of people that you know. :rolleyes1

I am going to help in Owen's class in the morning and I am determined to paint Shane's room this week. It will happen. It's been decided. ;)

Jennifer, welcome back! Hope you had a wonderful time.

Hi Penny

Deb sounds like you all had a good time at the car show.

Elin :wizard: for Bob's mom

Chanon after seeing the dresses on your friend's, I like #1.

Right after I posted, I said to myself that everyone else would pick the first dress. I was right.

Ok everyone! We are down to two dresses for the girls in the wedding. Here they are in both...let me know which you like better!
Dress One:

Dress Two:

They both like and feel comfortable in both of them; so it looks like it's up to me. And dress 1 flares just like the second one - I think it's the way they were standing that it doesn't look as full at the bottom. No idea why the one didn't upload the whole way.

Chanon - I like Dress #1, BUT I think that dress #2 is more flattering to both figure types. But if the girls feel good in both of them, then they ought to pick!

I have to agree with Elin, they each look a bit better in a different dress. that being said I'm not crazy about the bow at the top of the second one and the bow can only be seen on one girl. Because of this I vote for dress 1.

Hello Penny. How have you been?

Work was busy but not too profitable :sad2: Oh well, at least the night is over and I can relax. We worked on the Mickey Lamps this afternoon and they are shaping up. I have some gluing to do and we need to pour concrete. Hopefully we'll get them near completion tomorrow. I still haven't figured out the best way to create Minnie, but I know that it will eventually come to me.

I had an email from Nick's Social Studies teacher when I logged on tonight. It seems that he did not turn in an assignment on 9/17 and she is just getting around to telling us :confused3 Before the weekend would have been useful. Of course he was already asleep when I got home so I can't even discuss it with him

Hunter has a cold and sounds horrible. He's been running a fever all day and even fell asleep in his chair earlier. I put him in bed and he took a long nap. I'm wondering if he'll make it to school tomorrow.

Here are a few photos from yesterday

These are a few of the photos that Nick took. He seems to have a real eye for this.

Jen Chris wants to know why you're not on here chatting about the Cowboys. He says you can't possibly be asleep during a game, especially one that they are winning.

We had wonderful weather today. Highs in the 80s, but it still cools off nicely at night. Can't beat great days and great sleeping weather.

Looks like I'll be able to boost my post count tonight :cool1:
