I have had a shopping cart full all weekend, just haven't been able to hit that checkout button :rotfl: I need to make up my mind, it ends tonight!

Disney Shopping has 20% off today. And free shipping on pins since it is Monday.:rolleyes1 The cheapest pins are $6, though, so not a great price for traders.

DH is pestering me to buy more traders from Darlene, but after the week of neverending school supplies the pins will have to wait!:rotfl2:

The drawback of ordering from her is that she sends really COOL pins and DH and DS don't want to give them up! Maybe I should request that she send all duplicates!:rotfl:

I think we have a total of about 450 pins if we add all 3 collections together. Somebody on Dizpins the other day posted that they have 5000 pins!:scared1: How do you go about insuring something like that? Considering that rack pins start at $7 each that collection would have to be valued at $35,000 minimum, not taking into consideration that some of the pins are more expensive, some are limited editions, etc. Yikes! :scared:

Good Morning everyone!!!
I cant believe it, but I slept til 11am!!! I didnt get tobed til 2 so i guses i needed to sleep.

I may go out in the pool today or i may just relax and watch the Us open!

onestepahead used to have one but they now say it is unavailable :confused3

They were selling one at Disney that had big Mickey hands as the clamp but I didn't look to see how much is was.

I bet Olivia would be old enough to handle a hand held one that also sprays water. The blades are just foam. Emma did fine with one on our trip-other than getting herself soaking wet. They are about $5 at Walmart-about $9 at CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid.

I have 2 of those that squirt water. I think you might be right about Olivia being able to handle one.

Bernadette I hope you still have pictures this morning
Photos are back this morning.:thumbsup2 BUT...it is still painfully slow and like Anne Marie I have a pretty good computer and cable internet. I've got over 1,250 photos now and have about 35 more to add borders too. Sometimes its only about 30 seconds to refresh after I save a change but sometimes if several minutes. I wish you could add more than 1 "border" and move the "borders". Sometimes say with a photo of Mickey & Donald they have Mickey & Donald's signature but you can only add one and you can't choose were to put it. I suppose all that would just make it slower.....

Shane was studing geometry in the 2nd grade last year. When I was looking at it, he told me "I know you don't know how to do this. You studied it in high school." :lmao: He was right. :guilty:
I too can't believe what they are having kids do so young. I do think they have WAY too much homework. Lizzy is really slow so what would take her classmates an hour or so to do takes her about 3 hours of constant prodding. I don't see how this can do anything but get the kids to learn to hate school.

I just started my trip report is anyone wants to see.

LOVE it! Keep going so I have something to read while waiting for the photopass site to refresh!

A CM told me that someone told him they had $85,000 worth of pins.:scared1:

I bought a bunch of pins on sale at the Disney Store and had them with me but we had a hard enough time getting anything done on our trip that I quickly decided to wait and give them to the kids on their "solo" trips.

Glad to hear this, look forward to seeing them!

Photos are back this morning.:thumbsup2

:scared1: That is alot of pins!

Gary & Riley just got home from the parade. Garrett couldn't get himself out of bed to go

Instead of throwing out candy this year, they gave away Frisbees. So Riley had fun trying not to hit anyone with them :rotfl: He also came home with a t-shirt & hat. I now have a new night shirt, compliments of Gary

It is getting hot out again, time to turn the A/C back on :sad2:

Happy Labour Day everybody!

One more day until school!!!!!

Bernadette- I can see how some of those people on Dizpins could have $85,000 invested in pins. I don't see the logic in it, I just see how it could happen!:rotfl2: I am afraid the days of pins from the Disney Store are over. I would LOVE to buy more pins for $2 from them, but the ones I bought were back in January. I think I bought more in March or April, but since then the only ones they have gotten in are the teeny 3 pins sets. Those teeny pins DO trade, but I felt kind of funny about trading them. Maybe they will get some more pins in closer to the holidays, but I kind of think they ended up selling the majority on clearance so they might not do pins again.

Janet - You'll get there! Just keep buying those pins!:rotfl2:

I had a nice long chat with ExMomboss. We set a date for me to take Brother out for his birthday, and we also set a date for me to go to lunch with her to celebrate my birthday. (Yes, my birthday was a month ago, but we never did anything for my birthday last year so I figure better late than never!) She said Brother loves school and has started Taekwondo. Sister is having a tough time getting into the groove of school, but hopefully she will settle in. The new nanny is sweet but very young. Come up with your own meaning for that. I just hope she sticks around.

Marci - PM the name of the soccer coach to me, please. ExMomboss has a couple of people she thinks he might be. But she is pretty sure he is NOT her brother!:rotfl:

Happy Labor Day to you *and everyone else* too! The boys start school tomorrow too. Ken is coming in from Orlando this evening at 6:30 and wants me to pick him up at the airport in DC. Ugh. I *hope* that the traffic is not too bad. I'm sure that 95 won't be crowded at all.
