The loan has been approved with the provision of one more piece of paper coming in from my student loans....I just hope what the underwriter (who I accidently called the undertaker yesterday ) is asking for is even doable!!

Just popping in with a Things have been a little with my new charge. We had a incident yesterday between him and Molly and I have warned my girlfriend that if it happens again that I can't continue to watch him. Other than that we are enjoying the nice weather and being outside.

Right now Eric is on the phone with the county regarding our property tax assessment and he is Our tax assessment is $80k higher than our neighbor who has the exact same house as us. And it is $20k higher than 2 houses on our street that are again the exact same model as our and they are considered waterfront but we aren't. Of course, he is getting no where and just getting a bunch of BS. I have no idea what is going to happen but it just makes me want to

OMG I know how you feel.
We had a small ranch in Texas.
They assested our property having 2 houses on it.
The dummies thought the barn was a house.
I told them when the bull, chickens, rabbits, ect started paying rent.
I would gladly pay the taxes they wanted.
They cut our taxes in 1/2 after we submitted photos.
Had to prove it was a barn not a house.
This took about 3 months & I was pregant with Ramiro at the time.
So I totally feel for you.

I am asking a favor from you all for dd Kathrin. She is taking a graduate IMI class and their final project is for a major corporation. Whichever team presents the "best" marketing strategy will be selected to have their plan as the new advertising campaign for said client.

Her team is going to be deploying a survey this week to friends and family to get as much information for the “client” as possible. It will only be about 20 questions long and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete. Age and gender are irrelevant, but they are trying to focus on people who’ve participated in corporate events in the past, so she would prefer people who are or were recently employed.

In addition, they are trying to focus on eight main test markets, so any people in and around these areas would be especially helpful: Phoenix, Houston, Raleigh-Durham, Washington D.C., Orlando, Dallas, Los Angeles and Long Island.

If you are interested in participating, please PM me with your email address that I can share with her. It will not be used for anything more than to send this survey as far as I know.

So I went on to see if our house was online (I had a friend who said it was) as being up for sale and than I could show you all the basics of it. Well one minute it was there, the next it wasn't!!

That's a good sign.
If a buyer has a solid offer.
They take it off the market or they will put a clause "SALE PENDING".

So I had my check-up this week and everything looks great. I gained 2lbs in 5 weeks. And I passed my glucose test!! Thank goodness, I sure didn't want to take the 3hr test! And instead of returning in 2 weeks I get to come back in 3 weeks.

Sorry I dropped off last night. My body decided to throw a kidney stone at me! So, I had a horrible night! I don't think it's passed, yet, but at least it's moved to a better area. Yuck! In case anyone is keeping count, this is stone #19 since 1992. Have I mentioned how much I hate them!!!

Anyway, I'm feeling halfway human, now. I need to get going and do some errands before the stone decides to make another appearance. Pixie dust that it passes quickly, if you have any to spare!

So the end result is that the County will send someone out to take a look at our property. Not that it will make a difference.

This is so crazy...Our neighbors house is closer to the water and her basement is unfinished but our assessment is $80k more because we are considered waterview and we have a finished basement. How do they know we have a finished basement and she doesn't~ someone told them,
Our neighbor is not considered waterview but again she is closer to the water Ridiculous!!!

If the basement was finished at a later date, the owner would have had to have gotten a permit from the county in order to finish it. That's how they know. Or else if it was finished when the house was built, it would have been on the original plans. I know, it's frustrating.

That's how I felt when we got them at the park in January. It's not much, but it's something!!



Well, Bob came over tonight, to see Nicholas' game and to visit. He is leaving tomorrow to go visit his family in WV, and then I leave on Saturday. He gave Alyssa a gift card for Toys R Us for her bday. She was thrilled!

Now I need to get to bed. Tomorrow is my last day of work. I have no idea how I'm going to concentrate!

Well, the tshirt making has come to a complete halt. I'm not sure what is wrong, but I think it has everything to do with my surface. I have to roll out my old table and use the pillowcase. My DGD's transfer turned yellow, like it was burnt. She's upset. I printed another. I think they should dry first before she irons them too!

and packing today. I've charged up all of my camera batteries and the video camera batteries. I have to erase my memory cards after I make sure every picture is downloaded and archived.

I don't have time to catch up, but I just wanted to thank you all. The rain held off and we got the game in. We even won, 2-1, and Nicholas scored the 2 goals. So we had to go to Dairy Queen afterwards to celebrate! Now it's off to get baths and finish homework. I'll try to check back later.

So the one agency has no jobs I want to interview for. I spoke to the other 2 agencies I am listed with and they don't have anything for me, either. But they all say they will let me know when they get any new listings. No word from the interview family. I will e-mail her tomorrow night, and if I don't hear anything by Saturday morning I will give her a call. I would prefer to save my time (and my gas) on Monday morning if they aren't interested in pursuing this seriously.
