I think I'm heading to bed too. Good night everyone.
Thanks for all the replies to my emergencies. They came in really handy on my second shirt. The first one, however, has some parchment paper stuck to it. Anyone got any easy ways to get the parchment off, or should I just chalk it up to experience, and get another shirt?
I love this one. It is really beautiful and originalHere's a couple of cakes we are looking at as well - we found out our cake person - www.thecakeloft.net - so getting some more ideas together!

The first cake is gorgeous! But you girls with the cakes really are a very bad influence on me! Now I want cake!
So I went to my 2nd interview tonight, and I really liked the interviewer! She was very nice and asked great questions. She was a nanny herself for nearly 20 years, so she "gets it". I certainly HOPE I can find placement through them instead of the agency from this morning, but it depends on which agency the families I like are listed with. Families with new babies don't know one agency from another, so there isn't any logic to who they list with. That means the nannies have to list with EVERYBODY for maximum exposure. Of course if the one from this morning refuses to refer me for anything since I have a child (what was I thinking, having a child?) then being listed with them will be pointless. Grrr.
Channon-I like both of the cakes...but I am going to be a dissenter and say I LOVE the second cake!!
Robyn-how grown up is Molly looking??? So adorable!!
I had toddler envy all day yesterday....and those pics aren't helping!!![]()
Sorry, Elizabeth. I really didn't mean to post more cake pics!!
that you find something perfect!!
Well im headed to bed...have a great night everyone
Thanks...it's hard to believe she is 3.
Just be careful...about the time we settled on our house was the time Baby#3 was conceived![]()
Imagine that....a prom goer, a middle schooler and a newborn.I really would qualify for the looney bin then!!
I was just coming to scold you for the cake pics!
Your girls are so cute! I can't remember if I have ever seen pics of them before! And hey, candles are candles as far as I'm concerned!
I am starting to fear that I will find a FABULOUS job that starts right now. If I take it I will lose the summer with my little friends, who are my heart. If I turn it down then in September there will be NOTHING and I will be kicking myself. I am not one to pray, but I might have to start since I will really need some guidance with this!
Good night, Jen!

Maybe THAT'S what is wrong with my mother!![]()
She had me get married the same year my youngest sister was born. So it was a bride, a middle schooler, and a newborn.![]()
Don't parents interview the agency like I did a pediatrician? Wouldn't the smart parents pick the better agency? So I went to my 2nd interview tonight, and I really liked the interviewer! How cute!
So, they were watching that, and we also had footage from the P&P party parade, and Aurora came on the screen. My DN3 said "Aurora" and my DN5 said "Sleeping Beauty" at the same time. I then asked my DN5, "what's her other name?" and she promptly responded "Briar Rose."Someone's bringing that kid up right!
