Kristine - loved the pictures. The kids are so little! And you and Bill look much better now! See, we can all age gracefully and sometimes even get better. Look how great we all look now!

I totally agree!!! You look younger now too :thumbsup2

I need to run to work. I will post some of our wedding pictures tonight. I have been moving them into new albums all day as they old albums are yellowing. Thanks DDA for the motivation to get it done. I bought the new albums months ago, but needed a kick in the pants to do it.

Good morning, DDA!:)

Hi, Elin, Janet & Beth!:yay:

We are supposed to have good weather today. Clear with a high in the 50's. Which is good, because if it rained one more day I think I would start to mildew. We are out of our normal Starbucks coffee, so I am making some Godiva. I REALLY hope it is better than the Ghirardelli coffee I bought after Christmas last year. Some of those flavors were pretty vile.:scared: I wondered why DH didn't make coffee before he went to work. Now I know!

One year for Christmas we received Southern Comfort and Jack Daniels Coffee. UGH, they were absolutely digusting!

Robyn - How are you feeling?

It will be interesting to see what DH has to say when he gets home. Toad was covering his route the past 3 days. One good thing is that the supervisor is making her show him her orders before she submits them so she can't purposely under-order like she is so fond of doing. Hopefully that will help keep DH's commissions where they belong.

I am feeling better, but again last night I woke up at 2am and I think I fell back asleep around 7:30am and was up for good at 8am.

Good Morning DDA,
We kept our DGS last night so that his mom could go out and celebrate with her sister, poor little guy was just fine and then he told us his stomach hurt. He's been throwing up ever since.

The ice cream cake, although not a complete disaster, is, shall we say, less than perfect. I learned two things, one, the ice cream doesn't shrink like the cake does so I had to trim it down some, and freezing the cake first would definitely be a good idea, I thought it was cool enough but the ice cream started to melt and the frosting would just slide off. I've managed to salvage it, but it is not level and has a lot of frosting.
:rotfl: Oh well, live and learn
:wizard: for your DGS, hope it doesn't last too long.

I'm sure the cake still tastes good! My best friend and I, about 14 years, decorated a cake for a friend's bridal shower and we used, no lie, about 8 cans of frosting to try to level the cake. It was a 9 x 13 cake. :rolleyes1

I have decided to make a jello :cake: for my birthday. :goodvibes

Very Yummy!

ACK!!! It's snowing!

ACK!!! It's snowing here too!

Mine is hermetically sealed, too! My mom's cousin actually owns some fancy drycleaners here in town, and he took it with him from the wedding to do the honors. Of course, my mother didn't inform me of this until we got back from the honeymoon - I really wanted to put it on once more before that was done. :guilty:

Taking a break from the painting! Yuck.

My dress is sealed as well. I would love to have had pictures of just Eric and I redone as the one we have aren't the greatest.

What color are you painting your bedroom?

It was! Alan took me to see "Night at the Museum" which we absolutely loved!!!!

Then, back to his sister's house for "surprise" party. Unfortunately, the twins blew the whistle on the party, so I had to act surprised. It was a ton of fun, though! A great night with family and friends.

Emma really loved that movie! Don't you just love those surprise parties! No one has been able to get me yet!

Just to make you all hungry. :teeth:

I am making turkey and all the trimmings for dinner.

I am making lasagna for dinner, I've been craving it. And the bonus is there was enough to make a second to go in the freezer.

 :cool1: :cheer2: :woohoo: :dance3: pirate: princess: Guess what, I go to WDW this Thursday and FINALLY get to meet Marti!!!!!!

Have fun! I am going to miss not being able to meet you.:sad1:

Oh Yeah - who says I'll show up??!!!!
:teeth:

You know I'll be there with bells on!

Gotta run to the mall. Later.

Have fun as well! Sorry I won't get to meet up with you :sad1:
Give Matt a  My mom and aunt tossed my blankie when they were cleaning out my grandparent's apartment and to this day it bothers me. Mind you I was about 20 but if they had kept it all that time, why didn't they ask me if I wanted it.

Thanks for all the have fun wishes. I'll try to post some pictures and report while we're there. Robyn, I'm sorry we're not getting to meet you and your family too. We'll think about you when we're at LTT!

Hi Kristine! It is snowing again today here as well. I did get halfway up the drive, so hopefully it won't roll into the street again :rotfl:

Love your wedding pictures, you can definetly see the change in Bill!

Hi everyone...

Another cold and snowy day here in Chicago. I am jealous of all of you leaving for WDW! I tried to talk Bill into letting me go onto a quick girls DVC trip...he said, "only if I can go with" :rotfl:
