Dawn,
Congratulations!!
I had a terrible sleep problem with my 2nd. It can make you crazy in the head. Complete lack of sleep is not something you can live with. It was the scariest thing that I have ever been through. Every time that I laid down, I felt like I would not wake up. No explanation for why this happen. I wonder if it has something to do with prenatal vitamins because it started before I was pregnant when I started taking the vitamins to try to get pregnant. I had a little trouble at first but it got really bad the last month & a half before my due date. I am not saying that would happen to you but that was the most stressful time of my pregnancy. The worst part started right after I had been in the hospital for false labor ( my DD left the hospital screaming that night for her Mommy) & then a few days later was Sept. 11th. I definetly think that stress made it worse. I cried to my doctor and told her how scared I was. She put my on ambiene sleep pills. She said it would not harm the baby & it did not.
I do not have the answer for you but I do know what it feels like if that helps. It will get better & I worried that it would not stop after I had my baby but I never had another problem. I will pray for you & if I can help you talk about it I will be glad to. Call your doctor - that is what they are there for.

your way
I am very sensitive to light and am not really hungry at all. Of course the next step is the DR but what do I tell him? With no insurance, I am not looking forward to any BS.
I was in my senior year of college when it happened.
