Quick update. My brother is out of surgery and apparently it went better than expected. It was a same day procedure so he should be home this evening. Thank you for all the prayers and pixie dust, it apparently helped

We've tried the elastiband type pants and while we can make the waist fit, the legs and butt are so wide that they look aweful. This is the first year that we've run into trouble. It seems that the juniors or whatever they call it for boys are cut much more generously then the boys sizes. My mom gave me a couple of boxes of Levi's that my brother and I wore as kids. They are cut much slimmer so hopefully I will find some in there that fit. I'm washing them now. I think that clothes were made smaller in the 70's and 80's then they are now. A size 12 then had a 24 inch waist, I bet that they are at least a 28 inch waist now as kids are so much bigger.

I think it's great that your mom kept those pants. I am sure they will work out just fine.

I can find the best low carb ice cream at our super walmart. I think it is blue bunny there. The Market Basket also sells a yummy low carb ice cream.

We don't have a Super Walmart near, well I think they have one in Dixon and that's about 1/2 hour away. I might look next time I am in the area.

The Mickey Polo's for grown-ups went down from $14.99 to $8.99 for men and $7.99 for women
Kailey's purple Princess coat was $10 off
AND they still had free shipping on orders over $75!!!!!!!!!!!
I used a general mousesavers code for 10% and actually had to buy something else to hit $75!!!
(in case you care I ordered 2 sets of the green Mickey luggage tags (6 total)

That's great news. I knew that you'd do well. Does that mean a big raise? More Disney trips?

I wish! I work for the state so nothing is based on performance. The really bad managers make the same as me (or more if they have been here longer). It is just reassuring to me that I'm doing things right. I get a lot of flak sometimes for being pushy but the results show that is one of my strengths. Which is kind of funny and sad all at once.

Pete and I have another "date" this afternoon. I also need to get a few things done before DH gets back, I figure it would be good to have the girls laundry done before he gets home so we can spend more time together.

Maybe the laundry fairy wouldn't mind a quick stop at my house. Do you think she might?

I wasn't on much last night as my SIL had to rush my Brother to the ER. He is having kidney stone issues again. They drugged him up and sent him home about midnight. They called today and will be doing surgery at 2:30 PM today. He has a stone that is completely stuck so they need to remove it. Any and would be appreciated.

No, it isn't in my red DDA folder. I do have info on all of you in the folder, info on Pal Mickey's adventure, DDA trips, etc. in the folder. I don't ever print the milestone spreadsheet so it isn't in there.

That's the truth. Alan reminds me of that every time I have a kidney stone. It was cute the first time. The last 6 times? Not so cute!
