Please forgive any grammar, punctuation errors or typos. I am working with 1 hand! Carpal Tunnell surgery 5 days ago!
We woke up at 430 am and left or small town @ 515 am. We picked up son's GF on the way. We live about 2 hours from Orlando so it wasn't a bad drive.
We arrived @ epcot at 8 ish. Already had tickets waiting for us @ customer relations. we went up to pick up tix and the CM "found out" that it was my hubby's BDAY. 40th! She mad a phone call and handed the phone to him! It was Goofy wishing him a happy Bday!
When we got to the rope, we were in the 2nd row or so. I have never been to a rope drop. That was cool! The big Character bus pulled up and I got so excited, I almost forgot that we had a mission! To get to Test Tracks fast pass and over to Mission Space!
We ran to Test Track, got our FP and headed to Mission Space. We went straight on. I was abit leary, 1st ride of the day, but it was a blast!
We hung out ther for a while and went to Test Track. FUN!!!
We didn't have much wait on anything. Crowds were very light.
we really enjoyed the world showcase but didn't ride anything over ther because we were starved and no one would settle on one type of food! We rushed by several countries trying to find the Mcd's for daughter. We wound up eating at Liberty Inn. I wanted to try something different but the family was not very adventurous!
We spent a lot of time in Innoventions sending emails, taking wacky pics, playing games.
I really enjoyed the Taiko drummers in Japan. The put on quite a show!
We found our first character, Mary Poppins, in the UK.
We found a few hidden Mickeys, but I couldn't tell you where now if I tried!
My only disappointments were, Living w/ the land and Wonders of life were closed, Soarin' was only open to AP holders and personal friends of CM'S, adn we were to tired to stay for Illuminations. I REALLY wanted to see that!
While we were checking out the Soarin "secret entryway", hubby went up to talk to a CM and they were going to let him on because it was hie BDAY but only him. He wouldn't go because he didn't want to leave us behind!

All in all, it was a great visit. Would love to go back and spend more time in the World showcase.
