I thought it was insulting to refer to old fish - just yesterday it was argued that the 'old fish' reference made by Obama was a hit on McCain and the lipstick was a hit on Palin. Or is it just when republicans make comments about lipstick and old fish that it is okay. When Dems make those lipstick and Old fish references they are clearly talking about Palin and McCain - right I'm not trying to start any more trouble I just want to get my references correct. I’m new to the right wing. I’m learning something everyday.

2. I guess it is okay for Libs to use the word community organizer -but when conservatives use it's racist. To quote one of your buddies -- you really can't make this stuff up.

3. I really don't believe you are here to understand what conservatives believe.

The funniest part of that was where it states that during her response, the camera is on the back of her head and showing Charlie's face.

Yes, her use of the pejorative "right wing" gave her away, didn't it? Note to previous poster: when trying to appeal to conservatives, it's best to use the term "conservatives" when referring to conservatives. "Right wing" is a term you use with those other folks. The tolerant ones.

Did you read my post and the comment made by the Governor of New York? You posted that it is apparently okay for the conservatives (not your word) to get hypersensitive over the lipstick comment. I just posted that the libs are getting equally hypersensitive over words.

Oh -wait -- I forgot - there is a different standard isn't there -- you can take any statement and make it racist -- but you can't take a statement in combination with body language and pause and make it a sexist statement.

The double standards of this campaign season are astounding.

For what it's worth - the lipstick comment is a non-issue -- however -- it does exemplify the fact that Obama is a typical politician

As a democrat, you can mock Sarah for her "lack of experience" and being "one heartbeat away" from the Presidency. It is okay that the democratic nominee IS the heartbeat, and has even less experience. It goes both ways.

Not to mention, the lipstick has nothing to do w/ Sarah's service. It is a direct, personal, insult. The community organizer is a direct qualification for Obama. If the dems believe community organizers make great Presidents, so be it. It's just ridiculous for those same people to make accusations that Sarah is not qualified. The entire issue is actually ridiculous, being that she is not running for President, but rather VP. It's rather telling to see Obama supporters comparing him to our second person.

All of that is actually backfiring. Most Americans cannot afford to attend Ivy League schools. Many Americans come from small towns. Just shows how condescending the libs are with their whole "We know what's best. Americans are stupid" mentality.

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what Obama did as a "community organizer." What did he do 8 hours a day for, what, 3 years? Who paid his salary? What were the results of his work? I have never seen these questions answered. Anyone know? And please do not direct me to Obama's campaign website. Just tell me: What'd he actually do? Who paid for it? What were the results?

Here's another one for you: How come Michelle Obama's job as "vice president of community outreach" didn't exist at the University of Chicago until they created it for her right after her husband was elected to the Senate? How do ya like those quote marks, huh?

You do know that Obama's Secret Service batallion is probably tracking you down right now for daring to question anything about B&MO. You must have been out the day they sent out the list of topics that were off limits.

It's beyond me how people can honestly think that this man will protect constitutional rights when he is already setting limits and he hasn't even been elected (well - I think he has elected himself in his mind).
