Hey, Zip I have a question for ya. Why is it that every time hubby and I leave in about a week for our Disney fix, our workload piles on? Seriously, we have deadlines every flippin time. We will be working tomorrow and probably some on Sunday. Then, its looking like Friday and next Saturday. When will we pack?

I don't think there is a deep theological answer for that one. Just keep pounding until time to go. Seems like it works like that for me and DW a lot too. One thing we always do when we go to WDW is we make sure stuff is covered while we're gone, then we leave computers at home and only check cell phone message sonce a day. Work hard for the next week, then go have a blast.

It is soooooo good. Pretty rich too, although not nearly as rich as Fettucinne Alfredo from the now-defunct Alfredo's in Epcot.

We split this three ways, and it was still too much to eat (we each also had either French Onion soup or the Lobster Bisque).

i saw this on the menu on both trips last year, but never managed to have it! (there are only a few vegetarian options on the chefs de france menu, as i recall...this was one, sumpin with mushrooms, cheese plate...). problem is i tend to snack my way through the parks and am seldom hungry for a real lunch or dinner. maybe next time.

Nope. The last time I was at any park was over a year ago. Couldn't hardly ride anything; 5 months prego.
Although I will tell you that CA Adven has the best sourdough bread bowl with clam chowder in the world.
