The clam bake at BC?

We're thinking of eating here for our first night and I was wondering how other people liked this or if they liked another resort meal (other than anything really fancy as I'm more of a meat and potatoes girl and my DFi is more of an all you can eat kind of guy )

I think it's worth a look. We tried it once and found the buffet offerings to be serviceable. It's not bad, but not good enough to warrant a second visit though, IMO.

Personally, we wouldn't go here again. The seafood was mediocre at best, the other food was so-so. We did all like the dessert bar though. My mother who is 57 got mild food poisoning...not enough to be a huge issue but we knew it was from that late dinner we had. We like the BC so it's fun to go there, but at around $25/person I think you can do better....

We really liked the Clam Bake, been there 2x and plan on going again on our next vacation. Very happy to have tried it, found it to be a wide variety of "normal" food items....meat & potatoes and fixins to seafood & salads.

We find the trick about buffets is to be in the first seating, when everything is fresh and clean.

Have been to the Clam Bake our last two trips and will be there in August when we go again. When it comes to those little clams, it's quantity for me and DS, so this one can't be beat.

Not worth the money. Would not go again. The steak house over to the Yacht Club is the best ever!!! Very disappointed in the clam bake.

We did not care for it either. I would rather spend my cash at the Flying Fish.
