So I had been to the store last week, and needed eggs. They had them on sale, but they were the huge 18 packs, and they were two for the price of one. So YES, my cheap butt bought 36 eggs.

So I got to thinking this week, "GEE, we still have a lotta eggs! I should boil some!" Last Easter DS8 discovered he LOVES boiled eggs. DH does, too, but he really shouldn't eat more than one or two a week.

I had just shy of 36 eggs by then, so I think I boiled maybe 18-20, leaving about a dozen raw. DS8 keeps begging to eat an egg or two, but it's always JUST AFTER he's eaten his afternoon snack (before dinner), or when we're on the way out the door somewhere. So to date, I've had 5 or 6, and he's had none.

Bake. I go through tons of eggs.. It seems like almost everything I make needs eggs. Meatloaf... lasagna... I think you can freeze them too...

I think NOT! I dont like t dress up.. I am TOO FAT. I could be one of those inflatable sumo wrestlers....


DO you know what my husband said to me yesterday?? Hey hon.. You are REALLY starting to look pregnant. I KNOW! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. We were then talking about getting me a new suit for this little getaway... He said, well......... maybe you should wait. You are really getting big quick, and who KNOWS how big you will be in a month. I almost took him out.

Bake. I go through tons of eggs.. It seems like almost everything I make needs eggs. Meatloaf... lasagna... I think you can freeze them too...

Freeze EGGS??? No way!

Wow. Lasagna calls for eggs? My mom hated making lasagna, said it was a time-consuming process, because you have to cook the noodles first, then layer it all, then bake it. I've never made lasagna.

Actually, I guess if I really loved it, I'd probably take a stab at it. But it's a dish that makes me feel really heavy afterward, I can't eat very much of it. Plus with all the cheese and other stuff in it, it's not good for DH.

I love meatloaf, though... Today I'm making a roast in the crockpot. I've only done that ONCE before. (And I think you talked me into it then, didn't you?) I hope it works out.

But baking... I could do that! Preferably something that wouldn't be too unhealthy for DH... Muffins? Pumpkin bread, oooooo! Think, think, think...

You can totally freeze eggs! You just take them out of their shells...You know, they have these CRAZY new noodles that you dont have to boil. Barilla. It cooks in the sauce. I have short cuts for everything.. I hate standing in the kitchen for a while. If I cant make it in a fairly short time, I figure out a way to do it. Yeah... Im lazy.

Roast is SO EASY in the crock pot! Just season that puppy up and chuck it in with some root veggies! DELISH! You really cant mess up in the crock pot.

He was trying to be sensible.. and I think it just came out wrong. VERY WRONG! and its not Like I cant see how big I am... I think he is just excited that I am now LOOKING pregnant.

Oh MY. I might have to hunt you down for some of the pumpkin bread... I LOVE the stuff... But Frelan isnt a big pumpkin fan. So I rarely make it.

Yeah, but even non-pregnant women are sensitive about their weight/size; pregnant women are even worse! DH was sooooo careful about how he worded things while I was pregnant, it was hilarious!

Oh MY. I might have to hunt you down for some of the pumpkin bread... I LOVE the stuff... But Frelan isnt a big pumpkin fan. So I rarely make it.

He nods, "Uh-huh. Well, mostly, but I didn't finish the oak on the second one because I didn't like it."

Our pool is being refurbed right now. It was only supposed to be a week, now its into 2 weeks... and when I went in there yesterday, it is STILL all torn up. I wonder when it will be done.

I cant believe Mikalah will be an Eel already. I think this is the class that will challenge her. I have seen those kids, and they are little swimmers!
