If they make this available for rental anytime, how much do you think they would charge per night? What would you be willing to pay??

They probably would charge like $1,000 or something per night. I don't see the point though because we only have DS's.

Probably somewhere around $1,000-1,200 dollars a night. I don't know if I'd be willing to pay that much, considering at that price it'd only be a one night deal. It'd be a great experience and it looks beautiful, but could you imagine how hard it would be to get ressies for it? Think Cinderella's Royal Table times 10. I guess the only hope we have is to win that free night.

I think they will rent for at least what they rent their Presidential Suites. I think around 3000 per night but at the same time I get a nervous think please don't let it be 10000. I would have to sell my DH and everything I own to stay there.

I bet it would be more than the Roy Disney suite at the GF - and that suite goes for $1890 per night (plus tax!) in value season all the way up to $2580 per night in holiday season! :scared1:

The GF Grand Suite is $1950 to $2685 per night (depending on the season), the AKL Presidential Suite $2075 to $2735, BC Presidential Suite $1695 to $2310, BWI Presidential Suite $1915 to $2540, Poly King Kamehameha $1955 to $2725, CR Presidential Suite $1900 to $2635, and the YC Admiral Suite $1695 to $2310, yikes!

The WL Yellowstone Presidential Suite looks like a bargain compared to these at only (haha) $885 to $1290 per night!

If they ever did open the Castle Suite to reservations, I probably wouldn't be there unless I won the lottery! :goodvibes

I know some people that are ready to fork out the cash to stay in the Castle suite. I thought I heard it was going to be $5000 a night.

LOL, I know some people exactly like that. They will get the biggest and best hotel room or suite, or whatever is available and they only have a family of three! :rotfl2:

I would be surprised if they make it available for rent. I think they might continue to give it away every night, even after the promotion has ended.

It would really be nice if they did that. Of course, that is just my opinion. :)

Honestly I hope they don't rent it out to the public. DD's sweet 16 will be there in 2 years and it will be a big temptation for me to book it for that one night lol. Especially if it is under 1500.00 a night. A lot of money do not get me wrong but that would be a once in a lifetime experience. And very cool for a special occasion like that. :goodvibes:

Screamscape has great photos of the castle suite. The bathroom looks awesome. The whirlpool tub lights up and everything.

The Cinderella Castle Suite per night is $567. I just read it in my Disney rewards insert. Seems pretty affordable...sorta?

Was that an actual rental rate or a tax value? Did they say if it would be available for rent anytime in the future????

I really think it will never be available to the General Public for reservations.
If it ever was, they could ask whatever they wanted and it would be always booked. There are so many people out there (not me, unfortunately) who have unlimited money to spend. It would be the highest priced accomodation on Disney property, more than any of the top suites.

I'd rather see it used for very special wishes through charity than marketed to the highest bidder.

I certainly will be more than just extremely disappointed if they make it available to celebrities! :sad2:

I doubt it would ever be up for public rental. One CM told me that if they did they would overload the circuits when they opened it up for calls. There is such cache to the place that it will remain a wonderful public relations tool for as long as they want it to. The CM said they can't even use it for Make a Wish because they do literally thousands of wish trips and they would have to dissapoint the kids.

The 567 rate is for tax claims, as a winner. Which is hilarious because one room at the GF in high season costs that much.

I would be willing to pay about 1500 for one night, but I am sure many would pay ten times that for the experience.

I agree.

Another thought to concider is a private butler comes with room.

His main job is to make sure the guests stay in the castle after park closing.

No late night walks through a deserted MK!

They should have contests for people getting married to win a honeymoon for a week in the castle. That would be awesome!

Knowing Disney, they would charge as much as the market will bear. Knowing that I can spend a night in a variety of real castles all across Europe I wouldn't pay more than $300 per night.

I agree with those who say it will never be available to the public. It's a promotions, marketing and P.R. tool -- and will stay that way for the foreseeable future, IMO. The tax value is a riot. I wonder who came up with that?! And, why the IRS buys it?!
