Ok, just double checked the document from DVC resale and it does indeed state that there are 50 banked points. But I guess it's just not showing up in the closing documents from First American. Thank you all for the responses and I am now realizing I'm just a goofball.
Thank you, and thanks for reaching out to help! There are so many things to keep track of, in my haste to get this finalized before the $500 resale fee went into place I was afraid I might have missed something.
Thank you, and I appreciate your willingness to help me. I swear on all things this is my last DVC contract purchase, but I'm sure many have said that before!

It is confusing - a contract w/ a March use year listed right now could say 50 banked points & 50 current points - and be referring to 50 2024 points that were banked into 2025 & 50 2025 points - none of those would likely be worth much to the buyer because they’ll expire 2/28/26, but I see this occasionally, especially in cases where the contract has been on the market for several months after all when the contract was first listed those points had value.
Email your agent & ask them what use year the banked points came from - if they’re 2024 points , if they’re 2025 points you’re good. Or ask the agent what use year they were banked into - hopefully they’ll say they were 2025 points banked into 2026.
