I admit I haven't read this entire thread, mainly b/c I'm at work.

Are all the standard CL rooms on the same floor as the lounge?

What exactly are the food offerings at night?

How many standard CL rooms with King beds are there?

Having stayed at a MK resort as well as my favourite Epcot resorts I really don't think you'll be disappointed :goodvibes

There's something just as magical with the Epcot resort area, when the Boardwalk is lit up at night it is just beautiful and being so close to Illuminations at night is fantastic.

I can't agree with this more!!! Poly is my all-time favorite (over 30 stays there).....but BWI at night?? Awesome!! It is wonderful to be on the boardwalk in the evening as the daylight fades and the lights come on...the colors are amazing, the atmosphere is so much fun.

I am thinking of ending our trip at BWI. We have the beginning booked at BLT. Originally I was thinking of ending our trip at the Swan since we love the Epcot area; however, we are thinking about purchasing DVC and would be considering a resale at BWV. They did not have any two bedrooms available at BWV so I was thinking of having us get two standard CL rooms as my mom will be with us and that makes it a party of 7. I think it makes the most sense for us to stay here so we could experience the pool and all the amenities of the resort.

Do you know if they offer connecting rooms at BWI? I understand it is always a request, not a guarantee. I was just wondering if it is possible to have connecting rooms here.

I've never booked CL before, and we would really be looking forward to that as well. The reviews of the CL here sound great!

They do have connecting rooms on th CL at the BWI. Make sure you request it. They do very hard there to meet your requests. Only 8 more days until I am there with my husband and our grandaughter!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I was hoping they would have connecting CL rooms. This is great news!

Wishing you and your family a wonderful trip! :goodvibes

You will love the BWI. It is our favorite place to stay. The cast of the Innkeeper's Club are wonderful. I hope you enjoy your trip as well.

I have what might be a 'silly' question. We're staying at the Boardwalk this summer and I was thinking about the International Gateway entrance to Epcot and how that all works at park opening. Since the World Showcase normally opens later than Future World, can you still enter through the IG at the Future World opening time? If so, is it a disadvantage for Fastpasses because you're having to go further to get to the areas with the FP rides AND you're going against the flow of people? Just wondering :) Thanks!

They will let you in thru IG at the same time as guests coming from FW. You are at a disadvantage being farther than them. What we do is send a runner ahead of the rest of us to grab the fastpasses. I did it for Soarin for our last trip. It's actually very thrilling.

Hello! We just got back last month from BWI deluxe room, concierge. We just booked the same for November! We are all so excited! If anyone has any question about the Deluxe CL rooms, let me know! Can't wait to go back!

Welcome back!! Thanks so much for your offer! Do you have room pics?
Could you tell us about your balcony and view?
Details on CL food/drinks/desserts? Looking forward to hearing more about your experience! :goodvibes

Hello! Unfortunately, I do not have any room pics:sad2:, but the recently renovated rooms are BEAUTIFUL! The Deluxe Room was perfect, and spacious for our family (we consist of me, DH, DD18, DD15, and DD7). The view was absolutely PHENOMINAL! Forgive me, but I forget our room number, but from our room, my seven year old daughter could watch the entertainment on the Boardwalk each night. We were right over the Seashore Sweets shop. The view was absolutely breathtaking! We could see the YC/BC right across the lake, and to our left and right was the Boardwalk.
CL service was good, not fantastic, but good. Some of the CM's were less than friendly. For example, we walked by them at the lounge and said Hello, but they didn't even respond! Maybe they were just having a bad day...
However there was one CM in particular...his name was Lorenzo...who was FANTASTIC! He was so nice to our family, especially our girls. The first thing that my daughter (age 7) said when we said that we were going back to the Boardwalk was "Yeah! We get to see Lorenzo!" He really was FANTASTIC!
CL offerings were good, but unfortunately we were at the parks so much that we only really saw breakfast and dessert offerings.
Breakfast offerings included bagels, danishes, fresh fruit (lots of it), cereal, and a couple of other pastry type things.
Dessert offered cookies, and other small desserts.
I wish that I could help you out more with the other offerings, but like I said, we didn't use it that much. That is one thing that I learned for our next trip---use the CL lounge more!
Hope this helps you out....let me know of any other questions!

Thanks for the info! We're staying Deluxe CL in June-July with 4 adults and were hoping it would be enough room. It's me, DH, my mom, and my sister, so we basically needed something with 3 beds and enough room to move around, store luggage, etc...

Oh yeah, you will be fine! My family of five had more than enough of room:goodvibes

I'm trying to convince my mom to come to Disney with me to use the PIN code I got. I've decided to convince her to stay @ BWI so if anyone has anything they think would be useful in persuading her, please share! While I wait for suggestions I'm going to go read through this thread!
