Jinko had a wonderful ostrich appetizer. I tried it once because someone else on the DIS had said that you would never look at ostriches the same way. Very true, so sad that they took it off the menu.
One of my favorites used to be at Artist Point where you could get beef tenderloin over tillamook mac n' cheese. Unfortunately its been off the menu for many years now. Same for our once favorite desert there, coffee three ways.![]()
Slight correction. "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" is on the Food Network and the people interviewed on the show are all Food Network stars.
That show is on the food network, hence the FN stars hosting it.....

Oh....I'm thinking about the show w/ Samantha Brown & all the hosts of the Travel Channel.Adam,That one guy who eats real NASTY stuff, ect...They must have done the same show for the different networks. You should check it out! I know, I never watch the food network, I LOVE TRAVEL!It's called THE BEST..then they switch: The Best Place I have ever been/ate/ate on the beach/romantic spot ect... You WILL LOVE IT!!! I should check out the one on FN.

owns both The Food Network and The Travel Channel (which probably irks Anthony Bourdain a lot) so it's not surprising to see similar shows.
They also own HGTV which is partering on Food & Wine this year. I wonder if we'll see F&W shows soon.
