God bless you, Stephanie. I've been in pretty much the same position and I know how much pain you're in--I teared up reading this. It brought back a lot of bad memories. Just remember that after you get through this, things do get better.

It still amazes me how someone who loved you enough to marry you at one point can become so downright hateful during a divorce. My attorney kept telling me, "Stop being so nice. He's not being nice to you and he's not your husband anymore."

I hope you have a support system there to help you through this. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I'm wishing you the best.

I need to take this advice. I've just been too nice to him, and never say anything to him when he speaks down or rudely to me.

and the thing about her cutting her own hair, well, if that was child neglect or whatever, I can't tell you how many people would be considered unfit! I would be one of them because 2 out of my 3 have given themselves a hair cut before!

Yep. I would be guilty of child neglect and my mom would have probably put in jail for it if it were concidered neglect to let your kid cut their own hair. I did it a LOT when I was little...to myself and to all my barbies
