I actually thought Bevin handled it mostly OK, until she got to saying "this always happens to me, the story of my life." Oh, and the whole fate thing that brought them together... Ummm.... no, it was a TV show.

I just think that Tessa seems a bit more secure in herself. I don't know how to explain it, but she comes across as more settled, which is why she was more guarded with Andy.

I'm glad he picked Tessa, I felt bad for Bevin. I just think Tessa is a better pick, I actually like the color of Tessa's dress.

Bevin should pick up the pointer not to throw herself completely at the next guy. I feel bad for her though.

That man is a total putz. I rarely watch this show and Bevin's obvious distress is why. I think he made the correct decision between the two, but he KNEW far earlier than the final day. Save the poor girl some humiliation before the poor thing shows up for her engagement ring!

I would also hate to be Tessa right now watching how much his family fawned over Bevin and how he smooched her. He would have some serious explaining to do!

They always do that with the one they're going to dump especially the last night, it's like a goodbye kiss. Even Trista kissed Charlie like that and she ended up picking Ryan.

It's like Grandpa said he was turned on by Bevin but turns out he was in crazy in love with Tessa.

Andy is a big jerk he did not have to tell Bevin that he loved her, he led her to believe that she was the only one he was saying that too. I think he picked the right girl for him but I also think he played with Bevin's heart a little too much. I felt so bad for her, I think she truly believed he would pick her .
Not so much and Andy fan anymore!
Hope they ask Bevin to be the next Bachelorette

But this ALWAYS happens!! Every season the bachelor "loves" both women. And he did tell Bevin he loved her, but that was also before his time with Tessa, when she finally came out and said it too. I think Bevin had said it a bit more before.

I'm just saying that every time, he's kissing at least a few women and really struggling with emotions and all that. So I guess it's not a big deal to me since that's how it always goes on this show.

I'm so thrilled he picked Tessa and I thought she looked absolutely beautiful in that blue dress!! But sadly we missed the entire first hour of the show. Would someone mind recapping what it was like when both ladies met Andy's family? We first started watching when Bevin's date was just wrapping up. Tomorrow's show should be good!

Yes- it's a reality show, not actual reality. If he got down to the final 2 and didn't look like he was really into both girls and was having a tough time deciding between them, there would be no interest in the finale. Everyone would know who he picked if on one date, he was lukewarm and gave the girl a handshake and told her he liked her, and on the other date, kissed all over the other girl and told her he loved her. I'm sure there is lots of producer interferance/editing/coaching to make it look as "confusing" and "difficult" for the Bachelor as they do.

As for Andy crying and showing as much emotion as he did at Bevin being rejected? I'm sure he felt awful leading her on, knowing there was no way he was going to give her the final rose- he strikes me as that type of guy. He probably didn't like having to make her think he was that into her, but the producers had to make it an interesting finale.

Yea, Tessa!! I can't beleive how nervous I was watching this show--I need to get my own life, that's for sure!! I was afraid he was going to get pulled into Bevin's web.

That said, I wish he hadn't told Bevin he loved her, that made her grief that much deeper and I felt really awful for her. At that point of not getting chosen, wouldn't you just want the earth to swollow you whole--Get me off this TV show, NOW!

I think Andy made the right choice. Tessa seems right for him. I am happy to say that she was my choice from the first show. YAY!

I felt so very bad for Bevin tonight... poor kid.. that was really rough.

I agree.. he seemed very sincere when he told Bevin he loved her. He was hugging her, and whipsered "Bev I love you too"...I did think Tessa was more suited for him, but poor Bevin ...But.. there always has to be one loser.
This Bachelor seemed like he was more affectionate then any of the others I often wondered if he had sex with with any of them, or close to it Sorry I have a dirty mind, but he was always hands on.
Both girls seemed VERY desparate yesterday.
