That bit about "choosing poverty" was more a case of Kendra being an airhead, because she was trying to pay a compliment to the villagers. She's a model, and just not very bright.

ITA. I guess that's why Kendra doesn't bug me that much. I don't think she is mean, I just think she's ignorant. That being said, I don't want them to win. I've wanted Kris/Jon to win since the 2nd episode.

yes I would love Kris/Jon to win also. I do feel for Rebecca in a way as Adam is such a pansy boy. she has a much better attitude than he about it all and she tries so much harder than he does. too bad she can't dump Adam, go with Aaron to do the game and then Hayden can go with Adam.

Wouldn't that be great? I would definitely root for a Rebecca/Aaron collaboration. I think Hayden & Adam as a team would be hated just about as much as Johnathan & Victoria.

LOL! DSIL & I were just discussing shaking the teams up, here is what we came up with:

Rebecca & Aaron - they would do quite well together, I think
Freddy & Hayden
Adam & Kendra - I think they'd be great, can you imagine the whining?

Lori and Adam would have been a good combination, too. She be able to straighten his whiny butt out. If Adam threatened to jump in front of a train to her, she'd be liable to throw him on the tracks herself.

I just hope Kris and Jon can stay in the lead because it seems several other team members noted last night how "Kris and Jon are our strongest contenders right now...they are very strong players." I hope they don't get yielded!

I might be wrong.....but I think I remember last week Phil saying it was the 2nd of 2 possible yield spots??

Kris & Jon are amazing people and definately are the ones that are deserving to win! I have been rooting for them since the beginning! GO KRIS & JON!!!!!!

The finale is 2 hours. Last season, the finale started with 4 teams, then one was elimated during the 1st hour & the last hour had the final 3 teams racing to the finish.

If my memory seves me correctly,tonight will be the final non-elimination. Then next week, the two hour finale, will have the 4th place team eliminated in the 1st hour.

Ok, I will agree with that one! The lightbulb isn't on for her! LOL! We shall see what the remainder of the show will reveal about her character and her comments. The show CAN edit, I will agree, but the contestant has to GIVE them the stuff to edit. So, she has certainly given them a fair share of comments!!!! Either snotty or airhead, whaterver you feel, she still rubs me the wrong way.

I'd like to know how you catch a taxi too. Most were ignoring the couples. Maybe there is no hailing ~ they have to be called on a phone.

I'm keeping Roadblock stats, and Aaron did his sixth roadblock tonight. That means he can't do any more, and they're stuck with Hayden doing the rest. That's doom for them, I think. She would have been totally unable to do the one tonight. She had a panic attack climbing that tree last week.

The men on the other teams have each done five, so they can pick their spot for the last one.

BTW - If no one could make the cab drivers understand them, it's going to be quite the chore for Adam and Rebecca to beg next week.

I couldn't believe the bad luck Kris and Jon had with cabdrivers this week. I'm amazed that they came in third. I'm rooting for them too. Go Kris and Jon!

My family loves the race and we are hoping that Kris and Jon win as well. Shanghai was absolutley fabulous! Did anyone else see that they are having another Dr. Phil special and that Victoria and Jonathan will be on the special? That will be interesting to watch!
