I just got finished reading all the wonderful updates from everyone at the Poly right now. You've left a smile on my face thinking about that wonderful place. Have fun and enjoy!
It is so funny how we wait and wait for your vacation and suddenly its here and panic mode has arrived. I have two weeks to go and suddenly it doesnt seem like enough time to get the kids going to school, get everything in order for my Mom who's watching them, and pack etc.
Suddenly I have hit panic mode![]()
Hi sounds great, cant wait to be there in two weeks. How do you listen to Hawaiin music in your room? Can I ask??

Ok, got here yesterday & loving it! Faxed in request for Saoma volcano pool view, but got Tahiti castle view instead! What an amazing surprise! Haven't had time to explore the resort yet, but plan to tomorrow!!

The rooms at the Poly have iHomes in them, so if you have an iPod, just put some Hawaiian music on it and plug it into the iHome on the nightstand -- it's that easy.We really enjoyed playing Hawaiian music in the room while we were there -- it really added to the theme!
I think we all feel that way right before we leave. I hope you get it all done and can relax a bit before your trip!![]()
Hey everyone! I LOVE reading all of these trip reports! Thanks so much for them! We're going to be there in 3 days and I really wanted a Volcano Pool view, bottom level. Does anyone know what room to ask for? Also, are the bottom rooms very noisey (people stomping around) That will drive me insane! LOL!TIA! April
Thanks! I figure since it's our first time at the Poly, we won't know any better & everything will be great regardless of me putting in a long house request. We're looking forward to it so much!!
Yes, all 3 are my babies. Howie, Doc & Vivian are their names. Wilson...such a cute name! I always say I could talk Disney or Bullies all day!I even have a website for them...yep, I'm that big of a bullynerd! hahaha
We're back and had a great time. I wanted to post the "tree view" from our original room assignment so you can see what I meant about seeing nothing but branches! The upgrade to MK view was phenomenal.
I hope the tree room wasn't supposed to be MK view! That is a brutal view (even for GV I wouldn't have been too thrilled!)
Fantastic upgrade!![]()
No, The tree view was garden view. This room showed on the CM's computer as having a "pool view." You could glimpse a bit of the quiet pool through the leaves if you strain your eyes.
.
Really? They have iHomes in them. That is so cool. I can't wait to blast disney music while we are getting ready for days in the parks. The rooms at the Poly have iHomes in them, so if you have an iPod, just put some Hawaiian music on it and plug it into the iHome on the nightstand -- it's that easy.We really enjoyed playing Hawaiian music in the room while we were there -- it really added to the theme!
