i finished dark lover just a few minutes ago, i really really loved it. I see a field trip to barnes and noble to buy the rest this weekend.

I also picked up Ink Exchange today at the library along with Artie Lange's (from Howard Stern) biography 'too fat to fish'

oh and i also got new moon and breaking dawn in audio format so i can listen to them on my ipod!

Just wanted to say OT that I love the Howard Stern show and I have that book although I haven't read it yet-too busy reading my fantasy books! I've also been skipping alot of the radio show when I have a good audiobook-I enjoyed Breaking Dawn alot more as an audio book than I did reading it!

well, i haven't finished it... yet... i'm on page 375 though! i LOVE it just as much as the first one. there is hardly any wrath and beth but trust me, it's ok.

i love how these guys are so strong, sexy, loyal and totally flawed. they also have that old time 'women should be controlled' mixed with the proper amounts of total devotion to the opposite sex. great combo IMO

and not to disappoint, it made me cry. darn, i love a good cry... sadly it was in a parking lot after i ran into barnes and noble to buy the rest of the series. strangely enough it was another food thing. something about rice and bananas. i won't give it away though.

ya, i'm a long time howard stern fan. in my work i can be in the car for about 20-30 hours a week so my satellite radio keeps me sane. i haven't listened to any books in the car yet, but now that i'm putting the twilight books on my ipod i'll try it out.

I know this wasn't directed at me, but I read the first one...and it was..interesting..almost painful to read! I won't be wasting anymore time on them, that's for sure!

Thanks for the review!!! I bought it yesterday along with the 3rd book. My book store didn't have the rest. I can't wait to start reading it tonight!!! Oh and I totally agree with how you feel about the guys in these books!

In White -Not technically spoilers but.....Ok.. so lemme see.. Sebastian is actually Clary's brother? His dead parents were really the Waylands? The angel rezekial comes back to defend clary and help her save the world because she has angel blood? Ummm.. the guy in Simon's cell is related to somebody important???? The Clave was so corrupt that it'll fall and the kids will run it? LOL Just some things rolling around in my head

Don't tell me the real story yet! LOL It's kind of fun but on the other hand.. I honestly sometimes forget who is who and who lied about what and who was telling the truth and.. it's so confusing!

I finally finished reading The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan, I know it took me forever to finish, but it was a very difficult read to get through; not because it was bad, quite the contrary I loved it, but because of it's themes. It deals so much with what a post-apocalyptic world would be like, sorrounded by death and loss of hope, very difficult themes. It was beautifully written though, and a book I would recommend everyone to read. I will warn you though, it's an incredibly depressing read and it doesn't end well, but it gives hope back to dreams and makes you not take the small things in life for granted.

in white....I knew the mirror was the lake the first time they passed it. I pegged Samuel for Hodge but only just as I was reading then boom it was revealed. I'm afraid to find out what Magnus Bane might be up to (he just got the book of White) - I picture him as Adam Lambert and I hate the idea of him being a bad guy! I'm having fun trying to piece this together. I really like this book SO FAR!

OK, I finished the 2nd book in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series and am half way through the 3rd book! Holy cow, these books are amazing!!!! I love them so much!! Ladies, you should all go out and read them! Seriously they are so steamy, action packed and easy reads. Hot vampires, interesting characters and great love stories. I like to read YA books sometimes and enjoy them but there is something to be said about these steamy adult books! Let's just say DH is very happy I started reading them!

I know.. it's fun though! after you've written alot of reviews then go to your profile (link in a drop down menu under your screen name in the upper right hand corner of the goodreads screen). Once you're on your profile look under your picture on the upper left side. There you can see your "ranking" they rank reviewers. I've been a #36 and a #45 reviewer (per month) or something! It's kind of funny. Have a blast!

im in book 4 now. so far numbers 1 and 2 blew me away, but 3 and 4 aren't as crazy good to me. although i like them and feel withdrawals when im away from reading them.

i can see how the author begins the next book during the current one. and im not so sure im happy with how V is going to turn out in the next book. well see though.

she does a great job weaving several story lines together..

one thing that kind of got me confused was the end of book three she skips forward 20 months, but then goes back in book 4, so you already know some small details that havent happened yet while you read 4.

so, if you had to choose a team??? i think i'd be team rhage or team wrath. definately not team zsadist...

I just finished The Host yesterday, and it was great! Travelmel, you were right. The beginning was rough, but I was glad I stuck with it. It was a great way to spend my Friday off work! I need to finish up with the Maximum Ride series, and then it sounds like I need to start the Black Dagger Brotherhood series next, huh?

I've only read the first 2 Maximum Ride books, and I'm hoping the next one will be at the library when I go Tuesday. I will have to ck and see if they have the Black Dagger Brotherhood there, our library is somewhat small. They don't have the Mortal Instrument series. I've already checked I guess I will have to break down and buy them sooner or later.
